I can honestly understand it being busy on Veterans Day, HOWEVER, at least talk to people waiting in line. Let them know you are there. Offer coffee. Don't ignore or make them stand when there are open tables available.

Krency’s catered the reception after my mother’s funeral. Doug was the most friendly person to work with and he was friendly, competent, personable and determined to tailor the menu to exactly what we wanted.
The food was absolutely delicious and quite a few of our guests commented on how good everything tasted and inquired as to who catered for us.
He set up the tables with tablecloths, chairs were in place, everything was laid out very orderly so that when we walked in, the only thing we had to do was take off the foil.
I highly recommend Doug and his catering business. I would give him more than 5 stars ⭐️!

Excellent customer service! Everyone we spoke with was so kind and patient. Amazing donuts, delicious cookies, and fabulous pepperoni rolls! And the cakes… I have to stop because I’m drooling! Icing was ahhhmazing and love that they make it there! Thank you for making my son’s second birthday so special!

I ordered 2 cakes one for mine and one for my daughter’s birthday, specifically asked that there be no red icing on the cake. When I picked up the cakes there was red icing on one.I made it known that my order was wrong. I was told that it was noted on the order “no red icing” but since it didn’t specifically say there was a red dye allergy that they felt it was ok to use it. I was told they’d have to take all the icing off and re frost the cake. The lady in the back got an attitude and started complaining loud enough for me to hear her. I got angry and left without the cakes. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. I will never order for there again.
