Every time Iāve come here they are out of everything. They once cancelled an huge order I placed online ābecause they were out of donutsā (?!?) and didnāt inform me until I arrived to pick it up. Prices are unhinged - $15.49 for a dozen or $6 for THREE? If you want a half-dozen, theyāre $12, so youāre stuck buying the dozen. This location also appears to exclusively hire the grouchiest teenage boys they can find. I never leave mean reviews, but after this third bad experience Iām over it. Do better!

I stopped in with my son on Sunday, Aug. 17and we both ordered a dozen donuts each. On my order the 4- Rasberry filled donuts had very, very little fillling. I had to eat thru 90% of donut before I got a bite filling. This has happened before when ordering these donuts. The young man who rang us up didnāt really provide good customer service. I love your product & store ; however, I was very disappointed in my experience. Why never any milk in store when visiting???
Stopped at 340 in afternoon went through drive thru, had Italian donuts on the board to order and drinks are open to 10 pm ,none of the special.donuts avalible, no blueberry donuts basically all they had was glazed went to order. Two differant drinks ,couldn't do them out of ingrediants so did not get much they LOST MONEY, worst part the person at windo could care less and was very apathetic about whole thing. Open till 10.and ha e speciality items spills donuts and you are out , THE ONLY THING YOU DO IS DONUTS YOU SHOULD NEVER BE OUT YOU. AN MAKE THEM ALL DAY. LAZY RETAIL

We had never been here before and we had such a great experience. The āhow itās madeā sort of display of the donut conveyor belt was so cool! The young lady who helped us was very kind. The hot donuts were AMAZING and there was a great selection in the display case too.
Was at the getGo in Shaler today at 8:30 am and the Krispy Kreme delivery driver went to the restroom with his rubber gloves on, came out with the same rubber gloves, and proceeded to hand place the donuts into the case.
Where is the Jelly & Lemon fillings? Twice now we have taken home, or thought we were taking home, filled donuts. Not even a dime-sized amount of filling, very disappointing and a waste of money. Employees are always very professional.

I'm super sad! I don't live near a KK, so visiting one is a treat! The last two times, though, were disappointing. First off, neither time did the particular location have the Kreme Filled donut. Secondly, on both accounts, the donuts didn't taste the same, and there is a thick crisco-feel on the roof of my mouth. I have been a life-long, die-hard supporter of KK, but at this point, I don't care if I ever go back. So sad. š KK, did you change your perfectly perfect recipe?!!

We appreciate Krispy Kreme as a rare treat. We made a special stop on our vacation, and the staff member was very cordial and helpful. My daughter bought a pair of donut socks! A great place to visit with even greater š© donuts!
