Headed somewhere else today. Stood at the register for more than 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Just to buy something hot n ready. About half the time, at this time of day (4:30), I end up walking out after waiting too long. I'll l be back sometime because I do like the pizza.
This woman cuts all the crazy bread and puts it in the warmer. Instead of looking over to see she has customers, she just starts getting and cutting pizzas. Did bring three over for someone already waiting. Thought she was going to ask what I needed but turned away and idk where she even went to before she's back there working on something else. Am I supposed to assume she'll be over soon, or will she go onto doing something else besides checking me out. I've been late to work before just for one hot n ready pizza that took something like 12 minutes before anyone waited on me. Id say if you see more than 3 cars, or 4 ppl in the lobby, keep driving. You'll stand there more than 10 minutes.

Placed order online and when arrived at store was told it's just a few mins. Watched customers walk in place an order and get their items cooked and handed to them while I stood waiting. During this time 2 workers went outside to smoke and left while there was multiple orders waiting. I waited in store for almost 45 mins after my order was supposed to be done.

I love little caesars pizza but this one right here cannot for the life of them make orders correctly. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and got pepperoni on it. It doesnt matter how many employees you have or how many orders youre doing, you make the food correctly.

Decent, quick pizza, but do yourself a favor and order on the app. Pick it up from the machine. You won't have to wait for someone to discover you've been waiting for over 5 minutes just to get waited on.

We order from Little Caesars at least once a week; usually the one in Canonsburg. Made the mistake of ordering from this location. I ordered slices n stix (pepperoni pizza and the other half is Italian bread stix) , the Italian bread stix was just cheese pizza, and the crust on the pizza was like cut. We couldn’t pick up the pizza without the crust falling off every single piece. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

Food was what you expect from little Caesars, Good for the price but nothing to write home about. The people working were friendly and polite. 25 minutes for two 1 topping pizzas though was unexpected at a little Caesars though and the location isn't ideal, awkward/small parking lot and 0 seating

The staff at this location are awesome. Mustang in the area and went in 20 minutes before closing. I needed enough pizzas to fill up my five bottomless pit children. They did not hesitate to take my order and the pizzas were awesome! Thanks!!
They sell you pizza thats been sitting all day only at night time but atleast the manager makes things right in the a.m just bought these dry babies woo hoo love it!

Today several of us wanted to order something different to be delivered for lunch. I suggested the new 4 puff crust pizza bowls or puffs whatever they are called. This is a relatively new item on the menu. Whatever you do NEVER, EVER take this item off of your menu. It was a huge hit Hot, tasty seasoned to perfection.

Went to little ceasars on jan 21st at 9p.m a bigger fella and the guy who made our pizza clean cut guy with a black ball cap on purposley messed our pizza up taste like tomatoe paste as sauce and has no cheese in thr stuffed crust, and just all the way messed up!!
Decided to get a pizza and my brother and I ended up getting food poisoning.. had to wait little over an hour and the pizza was still under cooked and when I called corporate they did nothing about it..
100% don't recommend coming here ever again I rather go nextdoor to the olive oils pizza place for better pizza and service in my opinion

I truly appreciate each an every employee that works here, often this a SUPER BUSY place, so the employees must work hard, I have NEVER seen an employee doing nothing. The food has always been good here. We stopped by on Veterans Day and was behind about 5 Vets and thought that meant we would have to wait long for our turn, BUT the employees were extremely well organized and had prepared and in a minute we were able to place our order and be out the door. It was nice that they treated the veterans so kind. When people walk in MOST are in a hurry, because THEY are working hard too. I will admit I have gone into the waiting room and felt like I was being ignored, BUT realized it's not intentional, just that they are busy focusing on their task at hand. So many Little Caesars have closed, and I am sure it is because it's hard work. So thank you each and every employee for making great food, fast!
Parking: Do NOT try to drive out the back of the parking lot, there's several HUGE POT HOLES.
