Wanted to try thus new long John's in Washington pa. Honest review the got our drinks wrong and the food seemed over fried or double fried.. meaning maybe they put it back in the fryer to warm it up. It was hard and greasy.

I had really high hopes for this long john silvers being newly opened. I think this experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My meal had 4 waffle fries in the box that tasted like they had been sitting there’d for several hours. Two of the three pieces of chicken in the meal were extremely small. Very disappointed for having paid almost $30 for two meals.

Worst customer service in the business. Incompetent staff, lack of concern, failure to refund, just pathetic. Never will return. Didn't miss it. I can live without that crap that they dish out. Get a new manager. Get new staff that can count t to ten.

So I hate to give a not so good review but I ordered the fish chicken and shrimp combo at the drive thru. I got home and I had 2 pieces of fish 1 piece of chicken no shrimp and there was about 6 waffle fries most were burnt. The coleslaw was not very good. It looked old. The hush puppies were the only good thing in the box. The food was extremely salty, I had to peel off the breading just to be able to eat it. I paid $19.45 the meal was not very good. And didn’t get all I ordered. I was very disappointed cause I waited for the chance to eat there. I am not a picky eater but I have to say this meal was not good.

As I write this (nov. 15th), this location has literally only been open for one week, so please keep that in mind when you read other reviews referring to the wait time. And yes -- they were slammed all weekend of their opening week, for that reason alone, I felt as though they kept up with the demand the best way anyone could, although very very long, at least the line kept moving, that is more than I can say about a lot of fast food places that struggle with slow service. I feel as though given the circumstances, wait times (especially indoor) have not been entirely too bad and we have eaten it quite a few times already. Can't speak too much about any other menu items, but as far as friend food is concerned, it's always been fresh/hot and crispy. No complaints whatsoever! I understand there is nothing more frustrating than when your order is wrong at a fast food joint -- but please, people, give them more than a week to iron at the kinks or become well oiled! *referring to any reviews that happened before this one -- aka within their first week of business* Happy to have them in the area and really hoping it stays the nice establishment that it is!!! I recommend for anyone who is a LJS's fan! Welcome to the area!!

The rice and green beans were extremely dry, the rice legit just fell apart, and was brown unlike the white rice picture. The green beans were just.. dry.. and the shrimp felt overseasoned. Also, 3 dollars for a small drink? Decorations are pretty and all, but the food I got sucked, old food just sitting in a steamer. In terms of service, one of the employees did offer some extra napkins which was nice I guess.
Do not order door dash from here they will not give you half of your order. Absolutely ridiculous to pay high prices for such small portions and they not even include half of your order.

Ordered 2 fish, hushpuppies, extra crispies.. Thus crew was super busy, however worked really well.. everything was accurate and accounted for down to the sauces.. the fish seemed fresh and hot however overcooked as the fish in some places was hard and dry. The hushpuppies were perfect but seemed to lack salt or ingredients.. they two were delicious but not what im used to in flavor. Waffle fries were crisp and hot, which I was delighted about.. over all experience was positive other than the fish being over cooked. I will return!!
