I have avoided writing a review for over 2 years but I've hit my breaking point. I wait months between visits hoping for improvements but none to be found.
When they get your order right it is amazing... but it never happens. I order to fo and should know to check EVERY item by now. Out of the last 5 times I have ordered, my food has never been correct. I order a baked potato with no sour cream and I get sour cream in the cup with the toppings. Not a major thing but if I don't catch it then I have plain potato as I take this to work not home. Once upon trying to correct it with the waitress, I was argued with. She claimed that it was butter even though you could see the pure white sour cream separate from the off white butter. She continued arguing until I scooped out the contents with my finger to show her that cold butter doesn't smear like that.
I would order sides of BAKED parm CRUST that they microwave. This last time I got a microwaved side cup instead of a full portion. If I insisted that it be baked I would be met with an argument, and one time outright refusal. This time they even called me to ask what my note on my order meant (explaining how I want the parm crust) and they STILL messed it up!!! On one occasion after insisting that it be corrected, they charged me for extra bread when I asked for it. Every other time it was free but that time the waitress felt petty I guess.
I absolutely LOVE their food! But their to-go employees have no attention to detail. It's sad that can't go to the one by my work on my lunch but I refuse to give them my money anymore.

My sandwich chicken was undercooked. Serve got me a new one but didn't apologize, send a manager or even comp my meal. By the time the next sandwich came everyone one was done eating. I didn't even eat it.

Will definitely never come back. I’m not sure what they cook their vegetables in but I was extremely bloated and sick after eating here. My husbands “medium well” steak came out well done the first time, then the second time it was practically mooing. At that point he didn’t even want to eat there anymore and we just asked for the bill and he left hungry. Server was nice but the food was not worth it!

The steaks were very undercooked, the filet had something spicey on it that i couldn't even eat it. I ordered broccoli it was like fresh picked and thrown on the plate sent out. This used to be a frequent place of ours to eat but sadly like everything else it's also down hill.

Ordered take out on Sunday. Pick up was for 6:30. I sat for 25 mins before someone came out and said they didn’t even know I was here. (I checked in on the app and another car sitting beside me was sitting there longer than I was) They forgot part of my order. I called and complained because $26 for it was ridiculous and then couldn’t even enjoy it because they forgot part of it. I called was told I would get emailed a gift card, never received it. Called again was told they had my email wrong and would resend it out. So at this point I’m out money for food I didn’t even get and got promised a gift card that never happened. Don’t think we’ll be back for overpriced food. Disappointed in the whole situation.

The food was hot and delicious. Our server was friendly, patient, and very attentive to our needs. We were a party of four and everyone had a good time.
Parking: There are plenty of handicapped spaces close to the front door.

Michael was our waiter, and we certainly lacked for nothing. I had the Renegade 6 oz sirloin with Rock Grilled shrimp with a baked potato. It was all very good, but the shrimp was amazing! My friend had Flo's filet with the popular roasted Brussel sprouts. It's her favorite dish. If you have a small appetite, this is the dish to get. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the food came out hot. Michael was busy but never neglected our table. The atmosphere was bustling but comfortable. I would highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse in Washington, PA.
I usually get a salad, soup and potato for lunch. Bread is always warm and yummy. My food was really good today. Everything fresh and order correct my favorite place
Been to many Longhorn steakhouses this one has by far been the worst experience. The food was good and hot when it came out but the service was terrible. I did not receive the mushrooms that I had been up charged for and waitress never came back to asked if we wanted Waters or anything. I do enjoy LongHorn Steakhouse but I will not return to this one.
