My sandwich chicken was undercooked. Serve got me a new one but didn't apologize, send a manager or even comp my meal. By the time the next sandwich came everyone one was done eating. I didn't even eat it.
The food was hot and delicious. Our server was friendly, patient, and very attentive to our needs. We were a party of four and everyone had a good time.

Michael was our waiter, and we certainly lacked for nothing. I had the Renegade 6 oz sirloin with Rock Grilled shrimp with a baked potato. It was all very good, but the shrimp was amazing!
