We were in the hotel for a school graduation event in the meeting space, figured we'd grab dinner on site to make it easy. The menu was a simple one page affair, printed paper so it's nice that it changes often I guess. We had a flatbread that the girls loved and I had a smokehouse chicken salad with a BBQ vinaigrette dressing that was awesome.I can't rave about the atmosphere as it is simply an aged hotel, pretty vanilla. We chose to attend the Easter buffet at Maxwell's. There was no problem with seating arrangements and our waitress was very attentive in providing beverages and refills. The main entrees, ham, beef and lamb were set up in the far end of the dining room while side dishes, salads, rolls and desserts were located in a smaller room. This restaurant is located inside the double tree hotel. Doesn’t look like much: a dark bar and tables. And menu isn’t that special but the food was really good across the board. Our favorite was the loaded perogies covered with spinach, bacon and onions. The blue burger was good. The chopped salad was really good!
