Daughter and I ordered 2 breakfast meals using the app, arrived gave order number at drive thru, employee said that was not a valid number even though it was showing on my end in the app, and paid for, told me my order wasn't placed and to order again and give a correct order number provided by the app. I refuseed to place another order and insisted that the app was showing order was placed and amount charged on my card. After what seemed like forever finally I was told that they did have the order but somehow it got bumped off the order screen. No apology, given a horrible attitude, and daughter was late for work. All the headache and 2 breakfast meals was $23.xx. Been a while since last visit, didn't realize how ridiculous their prices have become. Lesson learned, stay away!

Staff apparently checked in the wrong order and I was handed the wrong bag. I was then scolded and told I didn't order what I had, argued with then got told with an attitude I had to keep the wrong item I didn't want. Apparently this delightful woman who opted to snap at me for their error was a MANAGER. I find it absolutely wild that I got treated as though I was trying to pull a fast one on Mcds simply for their error, the item I ordered was MORE than what they gave me.

This is the worst fast food place in the entire world. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this place because the food is ALWAYS wrong from what is ordered, the lines are always long, and the staff is never friendly.

This Washington McDonald's messed up my order. The person who handled it was possibly management, bc the girl at the pickup window didn't. This gaff held up a VERY long line for almost 20 min. Too long to go into details.
Great food and got through the drive thru at a moderate pace considering it was morning on a work day.

Well, I went to McDonald’s for a cheap lunch after work. I walked in and all of the tables were dirty. I went to the counter to order my food and the employees were messing around, therefore I waited to order for 10 minutes, I almost left. But I got a cheeseburger and a 6 piece chicken nugget and a medium fry. The food was actually pretty good.
