Ordered thru door dash and fries were cold and soggy for both meals as well as the burger and nuggets. Happy meal didn't even get the extra fries that were ordered. This is the worst McDonald's in Washington. Never again will I order from there or even go through the drive thru or in store. As part of a big corporation you've done them an injustice. Anyone who reads this take your money to another location. Management and employees need retrained. Working in the food industry myself I would not serve anyone what they served me

The two fish sandwiches I got for my husband and I were dry and for what you have to pay they should be fresh and we are on a fixed income the milkshake was excellent.Parking: Sometimes it hard to get to a parking spot it's mainly drive thru

Make sure when you decide to go here that you don’t have to go to work or any other appointments because if you order more than a large fry you’ll be waiting for 20 minutes for seemingly no reason.

Service is usually pretty good but food is 50/50 depending on who is working. One day I went ordered a big Mac meal with a Dr pepper. Big Mac was ok the fries tasted like stale cigarettes which I didn't know was possible and I got a diet coke with no ice. Didn't realize until I got home and wasn't driving 15 minutes

The entire building smells like human urine. I don’t know if an employee has a bladder problem or they just don’t clean the bathroom. But the smell is nausiating . This isn’t the first time it’s smelt like this either. Started going to the location at trinity plaza about 5-10 mins away. Either a regional manager or health inspector needs to come here ASAP

This is my favorite McDonald’s!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful! The food is the best quality you can get from a Mickey D’s ? I’ve lived here my entire life but I’ve also been to about every state in the country and many many McDonald’s along the way, and ours is by far my favorite! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!Parking: There is PLENTY of parking! There’s an extra parking lot beside of the original parking lot. It’s for campers, buses, RV’s, etc. or you can park your car there, too. I’ve never had trouble finding a parking spot there, even when they’re extremely busy.Kid-friendliness: McDonald’s is always kid friendly! They’ve got the happy meals, and toys and it’s just a nice place to bring your family!Wheelchair accessibility: This is a very wheelchair accessible place. There’s no steps at all, it’s all ground level, there’s a nice wheelchair ramp to get into the store too, and it doesn’t have an incline hardly at all so it’s very easy to get into. My mother is in a wheelchair and we go here all the time.

One of the better McDonalds I've visited. The food was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly. The only major problem I encountered was that the bathroom was filthy and an employee came out of the stall, bypassed the sink, and left the bathroom.
