I went to McDonald's today on West Chestnut Washington Pennsylvania. I was very impressed by the the young lady working the drive through. 14 Jan 25. 3 something. What a pleasant, courteous young lady. Not only did she do the first window, she handed me My order at the second window. Thanks young lady, it's refreshing to see that hold ethics highly. God bless.

What ever you do check your order before leaving the restaurant. I walked in and ordered 2 Bacon Egg and Cheese McGriddle's and a Hash Brown. I received a bag and walked out not thinking to check. I leave and on my way to a job site I discovered only 1 McGriddle and Hash Brown. I couldn't go back I'm a construction worker can't be late. So I started calling the location and the phone was busy for 45 mins straight. Never did get to talk to anyone. And never went back. Freaking Terrible customer service and the employee acted like she was stoned or something. Never going back to that location.
You stay there forever just to wait to be taken care of. What's the point of having it open on the inside when you won't be waited on.

If something isn't missing or your order isn't wrong, you're not at McDonald's. Once again, I ordered a new chicken Big Mac. It said it on the receipt, and it said it on the sticker on the box the sandwich was in. Bet you can guess... I got a regular Big Mac. I had to drive back and get it fixed. That takes time and money for gas, and your shake melts in the meantime. I don't think fast food will ever be efficient. After all, most of the employees are there for a first-time job experience. That's fine, we all have to learn. It does get frustrating sometimes. Lesson of the day is cook your own food at home.?

Employee was getting yelled at for not putting orders in right as we ordered. Asked for plain cheeseburger (only ketchup). Received cheeseburger with piles of onion on the bottom...I'm allergic to onion. Needless to say I feel I should have been more specific but also the label clearly said ketchup only. Thankfully allergy is not that bad.
