Rushed out. Did not get a chance to finish what I was saying before the drive through guy said okay. Must not have been listening bc half my order was wrong. My 2 double cheeseburgers became two hamburgers. Over cooked and they had to put extra effort to put as little mustard and ketchup on it the way it looked. No receipt was given to me so I cant make this comment on the website. I hate going to McDonald's because it's always wrong and the prices. But the missus requested it. Shame on me I guess.

Driving to Pittsburgh my cousin and I decided to grab a bite to eat and the entire experience was a shock. Ketchup on the floor, ill rude employees and teens running around not waiting on customers. The credit card machine wasn't working after we waited she told me it wasn't working and it was cash only no signs saying this. Young teens running around and employee sitting on the counter. We had to use the kiosk and then the girl employee just dropped our food like it was a bad habit. This experience was rude and was not appreciated.

McDonald's on Chestnut Street in Washington PA is a magnet for dumb people ? sorry not sorry because NO ONE can listen and take a order and NO ONE can read a ticket and make the food correct and NO ONE "manager's" can check and make sure the orders are correct ?♀️ if a customer uses the drive through and has to turn around and come back THREE TIMES.....THREE TIMES!!!! for the same order...that speaks volumes and it's EVERY TIME you there they mess up your order and that speaks volumes of the stupidity ? I just don't get it and it is pretty much ALL McDonald's I've ever been, something is always wrong or missing like c'mon people smarten up ??♀️

Gave us rong order took it back to them ma ger very rude Manger she said thats what we ordered I told her NO I have it right here where I payed for what I ask for. I ask for my money back she said I will remake the order I said No it should have been right when you gave it to me as with 5 other people had same problem. Got my money back also to her about the soda not working she said what can I do about it told me to get something different.

I just don't understand why during a lunch rush the staff can't pull it together. Not only did 2 other cars get served before me but I sat in line for 15 min and then git pulled up to a parking spot. Come on.
