They need an employee that's dedicated to Continuously checking the front for customer needs, not someone that's responsible for bouncing back and forth from helping with the back

I went through the drive through today. I ordered two double cheeseburgers with everything and two with nothing. Not rocket science. I got two with cheese only four a total of two . I ordered other a big Mac meal and a chicken sandwich meal , so I didn't double check everything I was in a hurry.

Yet another time that the wait was so long I had to leave without my food in order to get back to work. I waited 25 minutes. In the drive thru. It wasn't even moving for 15 of those minutes. What's wrong with your store

Was standing at cashier for 10 minutes before anyone served me and 10 minutes to get my food. Don't even care about costumers in side to busy taking care of drive-thru

Sat in the Drive-Thru line waiting while they took multuple orders from cars in the 2nd drive through line that pulled in way after me. Employees have bad attitudes, there's literally no redeeming factor here. Avoid at all costs.

Been awhile since last stop Service was still slow as usual maybe under staffed. But seems employees just don't care. People sitting in dining area waiting for food but they are doing just drive thru orders. Nothing fast about this food. Close the store down

This is hands down the worst McDonslds I have ever been to. Nobody looked happy to be there...customers or employees! Probably the worst staff ever. No greeting...no smiles...no thank yous...couldn't even get my receipt because there were so many of them laying there she said "I can't find it." Ordered no pickles on burger...got pickles. Ordered extra dried onions and ketchup...got none! Waited a very long time to pay for order and to get my food. However, fries were hot and fresh! I assume that was the delay??? Restaurant was not nicely kept. Garbage on floors and near soda machine area and in employee work area. I'm pretty easy going and forgiving but this was horrible. Find another location or restaurant. This one sucks. Friendlier people at a funeral home!
