So placed order on kiosk, it went thru to their screen, we took a table number waited 30 mins and went to counter and they said ahh no we don't have that. And when asked why not. Said it never came in yet I watched it pop up on screen myself. But whatever ill goto Wendy's

Mobile order took them 35 minutes to make after I was already at the restaurant waiting. Understaffed is what they said but couldn’t turn any orders at all. Only got 2 orders out in the 35 minutes I was there. Poorly managed. This is the second time I’ve dealt with the long wait. About a month ago waited 20 minutes. Still 5 or 6 people in the back working so I’m not sure why they can’t produce some cheeseburgers and nugget orders . I will never go back to this location.

Unless you’re getting a quarter pounder or Big Mac, don’t even bother getting their burgers. The cooks are careless and will get diced onions all over the burgers even if you request it plain
As a general rule, I'm just going to rate McDonald's 1 star every time they charge me $10 for a cheeseburger. Parking lot is terrible but otherwise location is fine.
