Its sad that we have to pay hire prices for delivery then you do pick up or order in person for your food then this location constantly messes up the order and yeah you can call and complain yet it takes 10days to get a refund because unfortunately who delivers the food gets in trouble not the actual McDonald's. Do better I get it fast food but when you can get a happy meal and a cheeseburger with no pickles right there is something wrong!

Sign on door says 6am Google says 6am but today 11/18/2024 the manager says no you have to go threw the drive threw, they have semi parking i told them i whould not fit because i am a semi they said not there problem.

I’m not sure if McDonald’s has undergone a sweeping culture change or what but over the past year or so I have had amazing customer service experiences at McDonald’s. This location in particular has been serving with such kindness and true appreciation. I am blown away. Keep it up McDonald’s we notice.
Ordered at a kiosk which was out of receipt printer paper. Therefore when they shorted us HALF OUR ORDER tonight - they refused to give us the rest because we had no receipt. We requested they pull it up on their end and they refused. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service and half of my group has been left hungry after we spent over $45. Never go here, seriously. Service didn't even deserve a 1 star.

The workers who took my order seemed very nice, however my medium macchiato was filled up 3/4 of the way full and it tasted like no sweetener or caramel was added. I understand this is fast food however, enough time should be taken to guarantee the correct order and items have been added to a meal.
