Ordered delivery was told 45 minutes. 1.5 hr passes by no show I call and was told to wait another 15 minutes. Still no show an hr later nothing I call and cancel the food cause who wants cold saugy fries and get no apologies nothing.

Great experience working with Steve! I work for a nonprofit organization and was looking to provide pizza for a local facility at a reasonable price. Steve the manager was absolutely amazing and accommodating and gave me a great deal. They open I believe at 11am and he had all of the pizza's out of the oven by the time I got there at 11:30am and he was working solo. This wasn't just a few pizza's - I had ordered 21! Great experience and the pizza was delicious. I will absolutely be returning to order pizza for any future large event but for my family as well.

Whoever just answered the phone for my to-go order, it sounded like a nice young man, most likely. I just want to say how pleasant they were to speak to over the phone and they got a new computer system and he took the time to make sure everything was entered in properly and repeat back, still fast and efficiently! It’s the small things!

There’s just barely any meat on the subs and it’s dry. Wife got the buffalo chicken sub it was a singular chicken fry on the sub and the hot sauce was so weak. Hot Italian was just a tiny bit hot and dry and mostly bread feel ripped off for spending 30 bucks

“Let’s make sure we have minimal staff (2) at a pizza shop on a Steeler Sunday who can’t even greet customers or have any social skills” said no one ever. But today, this seems to be the case. The McMurray location is leagues above this place. Get it together Washington. (My wings were absolute trash)
I ordered the Philly chicken sub and fried mushrooms. Ooooh my absolutely delicious. Got great service very friendly staff. Would highly recommend. I will be a repeat customer.
