Moe's Southwest Grill

Like other places it seems the weekend crew probably hurts the overall rating for the place. I always order no beans on a burrito and chicken club quesadilla and anytime we order on the weekend they put beans on practically ruining it for someone who just doesn't want beans. Not gonna drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant when I pick up from an online order. Please train all crew to read the tickets carefully for no beans. It's especially egregious when it's on a custom burrito that they'd have to be reading anyway right?

Was at Moe’s today with my Son, we eat here all the time. The white meat chicken was dry and cold. Absolutely terrible my son didn’t even finish he said how gross it was. I went up to the counter and asked if they’d remake it fresh or refund us, MICHELLE (two Ls) as she cockily stated said she just had the chicken made. No way that chicken was just made. The steak was also very dry and looked undercooked. She never greeted us she was just very miserable from the time we walked into the restaurant. She kept laughing and thinking it was funny. I also asked if they’d remake kept meat from the previous night because that’s what it looked like. Asked for cooperates # she said go on the website, can’t get through to anyone. Terrible customer service. The meat being distributed like that can make customers very sick. 🤢

Bad location. Advertise ICEEE but machine is always broken, been like that for a year but they have a giant sign up anyways. My chicken club quesadilla was more beans than anything else. Very little chicken.

Not coming back to this one since it's busy and the parking is bad. Just go to another one.

I come here every Sunday after work around 4:00 p.m. I absolutely love this tradition they have the best build your own burrito and they have the best hot sauce here scorpion hot sauce if you don't know, now you do! Very friendly staff, I have nothing bad to say about Moe's!

Several workers at this location had long shoulder or past shoulder length hair -which was not kept up. There were two long hairs in my bowl. It was very gross and very unsanitary. Upon asking a worker about this matter, they did not believe that there was hair in the bowl we ordered-as they are standing there with their hair down. This situation was not handled professionally, as the employee responded with attitude. I was not able to finish my bowl because of this. I am usually a very loyal costumer to moes-but this did not sit right with me. I feel as we should have got a refund, or even offered a new bowl.

I love Moe's I have since I was a teenager and my grandmother would take me there when I got a good report card the food is always good and the service is fast. Anyone who likes burritos this the place to be
