Excellent. It was the first time there. The waiter was nice, friendly. I came for my birthday and received a birthday card. Thats right a card regular size card from a restaurant. Great job all around. I came on 12.12. About 6 pm.

Outback is a steak franchise with an Australian theme. Although many things point to its theme the restaurant does not have an Australian vibe.
I can say that the Entrance into the Restaurant need a better sign as many people driving in do not see the do not enter sign.
We were seated and order taken quickly, just as fast the drinks, apps and food came. Waitress Renee did her job to attend to our needs quickly.
As for the food, the Ceasars salad lettuce was soft and wilted. The app we had was a trio and was very good. The burgers we ordered were switch on the plates which didnt matter much. But it was salty as hell. Part of the $19.99 3 course meal was a great deal. Although my sweet potato was the size of a kiwi 🥝. It was however enough to fill me up so I took my cheesecake to go. My son upgraded to the cookie cheesecake for $3 and he said it was awesome.
In all the price and service was great but the food was average. It's worthy of going back but I would not get the burger

Not a good experience at all. Broccoli wasn't cooked, sweet potato was half cooked and spoiled. Wait times, 5 minutes to get seated, 5 minutes to get our drinks, 15 minutes for a server to take our order, and 30 minutes to get our so called meal.

We came here over the weekend and the experience was by far one of the best restaurant experiences my family has ever had. We called to make a reservation because we had a large party and we let them know that my mother-in-law is dying. One of her last wishes was to go to the casino and we just happened upon Outback as a dinner option. When I tell you these people went above and beyond our expectations, they really did. They had the table decorated for her, they got her Coconut cream pies (her favorite), they got her a card that the staff signed, and the service and food were phenomenal. I really cannot express enough how gracious we are that these people handled our situation with just care and attention. I am really in awe of their generosity and kindness. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back. And if you are one of the many people who took care of us that night and you are reading this, thank you. Really, thank you. The kindness we were all shown is something that none of us will ever forget.
