Not a good experience at all. Broccoli wasn't cooked, sweet potato was half cooked and spoiled. Wait times, 5 minutes to get seated, 5 minutes to get our drinks, 15 minutes for a server to take our order, and 30 minutes to get our so called meal.

We came here over the weekend and the experience was by far one of the best restaurant experiences my family has ever had. We called to make a reservation because we had a large party and we let them know that my mother-in-law is dying. One of her last wishes was to go to the casino and we just happened upon Outback as a dinner option. When I tell you these people went above and beyond our expectations, they really did. They had the table decorated for her, they got her Coconut cream pies (her favorite), they got her a card that the staff signed, and the service and food were phenomenal. I really cannot express enough how gracious we are that these people handled our situation with just care and attention. I am really in awe of their generosity and kindness. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back. And if you are one of the many people who took care of us that night and you are reading this, thank you. Really, thank you. The kindness we were all shown is something that none of us will ever forget.

No wait to be seated. They have a lot of menu items! I’m gluten sensitive so I ordered the baked potato soup, steak, and salad without croutons. It was all included for one price. Salad was very fresh - asked for extra blue cheese dressing on the side, - which was needed, steak was cooked just the way that I ordered it - no pink but was still tender and juicy, also topped with blue cheese crumbles and A 1 on the side in a small cup for dipping, baked potato soup was topped with cheese, bacon, and chives. Everything was VERY good! Food was plated nicely too. Atmosphere was nice. Not too busy or noisy. Waitress was Friendly too and kept asking if we needed anything. Food came out came out quickly. I would recommend this restaurant for a nice meal. It’s not too pricy either. Thanks Outback’s! We will be back again! :-)

The food was served hot off the grill. As with every other establishment, the portion sizes are shinking to offset inflation. Without drinks or dessert, the bill for a family of 4 was well over $100.
Dietary restrictions: Although there are plenty of offerings for side dishes, if you are on a restricted diet it is not optional to substitute a small protein in place of the veggies or carbs.
Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is adequate for wheelchairs, parking is limited to the amount of seniors and/or large persons taking the spaces.
We enjoyed cocktails with the Blooming Shrimp appetizer, then a bottle of wine with filets. John was our server and we will request him on our next visit!

We fond memories of our engagement here four years ago, our recent visit unfortunately did not meet our expectations. I ordered a porterhouse rare, and it came out medium well. My brother ordered a steak medium rare and got rare. I believe that these issues could be easily addressed with more attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements because the dishes were dirty, and altogether, this certainly was not worth the travel.
Good food. Fast and efficient serving staff, friendly but not overbearing...just enough checking in at table. Expressed that did not have to ask for refill..they just brought out another one. Even though section was busy was a pleasant personal atmosphere. Would recommend this restaurant.
