A lot of younger people working there, workers talking to their friends who came in to visit them. The workers were nice however they served us a rotten apple. I didn’t care to ask to replace it as my daughter stuck her nose up to it. Dirty tables when it was not busy

I used to love the Asian chicken salad.. so when I heard it returned I ordered one today, The whole size one... I came home open the bag... Open the bag and got a small rectangular container with about a half of lettuce. On this particular order I did not want chicken on it. I wanted a lot of lettuce like usual when they used to put it in the big circular container. I'm not sure what's going on... But I'm pretty much done with Panera forever 🤬

I hate writing bad reviews but this place needs some help. I order food after my workout here every Tuesday morning because I need the carbs after a workout, and I always place a mobile order at 8:45 am. I get there at 9 am and it’s never ready, never started. I usually get it around 9:15. I always get the same order, today is was completely wrong. The cashiers are elderly so I’m usually patient with everything but you can just tell by looking around the place is poorly ran.

food's great. why would you tell me my food is ready and not put all of it in the bag? why would you make people ask for the rest of their order but not tell them they're supposed to? bakery items are never put in the bag and never mentioned if you forget to ask

Usually really good. Today I got a half of a BLT and half of a caprese to go. ,, there was 1,, again 1 piece of bacon, skimpy lettuce and 2 tomatos and no chips in the bag... Such a shame. The service was excellent tho... But seriously 1 pc of paper thin bacon on a BLT is ridiculous. The B is for bacon in that sandwich. Day 2. Adding this. Just opened the other sandwich. 0 ingredients on it. Half a tomato, one spot of cheese and a bit of lettuce.. Now I realize the young man who made my sandwiches was listening to my conversation with the woman who took my order about how we are voting for Trump. I'll just add Panera to the places where I won't spend my money anymore
The tomato basil bread is delicious. I don’t care for the bacon because it the pre cooked variety. But otherwise good food.

I went her to meet with a friend and have something to eat. We had soup and sandwiches and a scone - all very good. The atmosphere is bright and clean. We sat and talked for over 3 hours and they were fine with that. All but 1 employee were very crabby. The only friendly person was the cashier. I wish I'd have gotten her name.

What happened to Panera?I ordered a large salad…. I could’ve swore it was a small.The portions have gone way down and the price has gone way up.The baguette was about a third of the size it usually is….And it wasn’t even all that good….buyer beware!
