Place is an absolute ish hole anymore. When I arrived, employee was outside vaping. Went inside to pick up my order, that same employee came in, didn’t wash his hands, and proceeded to start putting toppings on pizza without gloves. He also was taking hits off his vape 3 feet from the oven. Don’t blame the manager, as workers are hard to find. Manager seemed like a decent guy. Just a shame, tbh..as Papa John’s has the best franchise pizza, imo

Caleb was extremely polite and the only one working I believe. He greeted me asap and made sure my food was fresh and had all the extra sauces and seasoning packets. He went above and beyond! He was friendly and had excellent customer service.

It is almost always cold because now they won't hire delivery drivers and want to use doordash so they are now worthless. It was so much better when John Kern was the GM and ran things right and actually staffed the store.

Waited 1.5 hours for a barely warm pizza. Saw 3 different delivery drivers show up at the store on app before it was picked up first two said they were waiting on order. Pizza temp says it was ready for first driver. Not an ideal place for a later in the evening meal

Pizza was good stood in front of register for 15 minutes for a pickup older woman walked past me 5 times NOT ONCE asked what I needed or how she could help my pickup is late they said 20 min took almost an hour ill never be back to this location again

Very disappointing ordered a pizza for delivery. They subcontract the delivery through DoorDash and I find out the pizza was delivered 10minutes ago but it wasn’t delivered to my house instead a neighbors it’s 17degrees outside I’m not going to go get it. I try calling the store and I sit on hold and haven’t talked to nobody for 10 minutes so I give up I’ll have to try and get ahold of someone to see if they make it right tomorrow.

Drug addicts, asking for tips when people come in to pay is irritating to see. There's this girl there with a bird tattoo on her neck, stands over people when they come in to pay for their order, tells them There's 3 lines to add a tip, that's ? Wrong. They can read, they don't need pressure from the people who work there.
