Went in to pick up my order and was ignored by the employees for about 15 mins. Until who I would assume is the manager came and waited on me. That's not a good way to handle customers.

Absolutely wins all around! Made a mistake on my order, they caught it, notified me and remade it before I picked it up! Sauce was bright, cheese was excellent and the pepperoni was crispy where it counted.9.2/10 for this visit!

Although they have two different kinds of breadsticks I asked them if they could put some oil or butter around the crust of my pizza and put parmesan cheese on it and they said that they did not have any butter or oil they sell garlic butter to dip your breadsticks in ask him if they could just put that on it and they said that they couldn't the person at the counter just seemed very difficult to work with it was over $23 for a medium pizza and it was average

Online order while traveling home from a trip. I called when I saw Id be there sooner than expected and they had it ready! I was so thankful as I was so weary from the trip. Delicious pizza and great people!

I accidentally ordered from the washington store. They let me know they did not deliver to my address in houston. I was directed to call the canonsburg store. When I called the Canonsburg store, they said they do not deliver to Houston either. Seems like the Canonsburg store just didn't want to work that night.
