Fries (if freshly made) is truly legendary. Staff is very friendly. Sandwiches are freshly made and generously portioned. 5/5

Not the best, not the worst either. I don’t come here often but stop by when I’m in the area. The subs are done in an oven and the sandwich is toasted nicely.

In Washington PA area it's hard to find a good sub.. Penn station has the best by far.
But. The cooks need to pay attention to the order. I asked for no salt and dressing... It was put on!
Love the hoagies... Though

I love this place. I've visited 3 times. On my most recent experience, I had an issue with my food. I called and spoke with Jordan and she had me come back and made the order over. It was absolutely perfect. I'm so happy with penn station and I believe it's the best of its concept. The sweet tea was very good, the fries are absolutely amazing and the cookies were just as good as subways. If you like a moist cookie you may even like them more than subway. Can't wait to come back and highly recommend.

Sunday July 7 approx 5pm I went to penn Sta to place order fir pickup. The two employees were extremely busy but still greeted me as they continued to work quickly but efficiently. Other customers also remarked on how well these two performed. They should be commended for how their performance had a calming effect on everyone there. Unfortunately I didn't get their names

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. Service was slow, but that's ok when the food is good. Steak subs weren't bad; however, fries were sooooo greasy they were not edible. Tasted like they dropped cold fries for a second go round in old grease. Perhaps that explains why my large fries were filled halfway and then napkins filled the top of the container. Wasted money. Yuck!

Shane was awesome and was working all by himself and it was so busy and he handled everything really well and our food was amazing!!! Give Shane a raise !!! :)))
