I was just looking to get what I ordered, but I appreciate the extra mile they went so much!!! š„¹š„¹š Thank you thank you!!!!!!!!
Update: 8 days after the order was placed and I have still have not received a refund . I placed an order online 3/14/25 and paid online. I received order confirmation and pick up time. When I arrived the woman working said it wasnāt in her system and she couldnāt do anything about it. She was extremely rude. We showed verification of the order and that money had been withdrawn from bank account. She didnāt care at all and refused to provide any assistance beyond placing a new order and charging me again. Absolutely miserable person and awful customer service.

My pizza was delivery, so the atmosphere question does not apply. I ordered a pepperoni-lovers pan pizza only to discover that Pizza Hut changed its pan pizza recipe in 2019. The new recipe is not an improvement. Bland, flat. Tastes like cardboard. Unless Pizza Hut changes back to their original pan pizza recipe, I will not be ordering from them again.

I was pleased with the fresh pizza that I received, the dasher was nice. My order was not fulfilled completely ?, it is upsetting that you expect everything to be how you order it, fresh and hot. Then when you try to call to have them fix their mistake you can not get a hold of them. I have called for the past 20 minutes, the line is either busy and can't get through please try your call later. Ridiculous

I was in this Pizza Hut , and there were kids running around and working making pizzas and the place was just dirty. My food was horrible very unprofessional. I will never be back and I might call about the child labor laws here because that is not only highly illegal. Itās really sad, because about 9 months ago or so there was a little freckle faced girl. I canāt remember her name maybe Betty? And she was fabulous. My food was correct she was so nice and very professional. I really thought the store was finally under proper management and then now itās even worse than it was before.

Worst experience Iāve EVER had with Pizza Hut. Ordered a big box for my sales reps on Fatherās Day to thank them for their hard work and show my appreciation. Wait about an hour for my 35 minute delivery time to finally call the location. The āmanagerā answers the phone and tells me that they used Door Dash because they didnāt have a driver. I was told my food was picked up 30 min before I called. The āmanagerā offered me a credit for $20-$30 when my order with tip was $38.90. She told me she couldnāt track the driver and couldnāt refund my money. Iām LIVID. I will never order from this location again. & before the owner chooses to respond with a LAME response thanking me for my feedback.. save it.
***Additional Update*** I increased my rating to 4 stars because I have since ordered again and everything came great, PLUS they did eventually fix the previous order. Well done.
***Update*** as you can see, four years ago I ordered from this store and received excellent service. I ordered today and it was NOT a similar experience. I attached a picture of the pizza I received. Not only was I told that the deal for a stuffed crust pizza for $12 wasn't an option at this store, so I had to pay $22+, it arrived half burnt. My cheese bread was burnt and gross. Even my cinnamon rolls were burnt. I don't know if it's because the store was closing soon (I ordered at a little after 5:30, and it was delivered at 6:55, but it was a Friday so I can't imagine they actually closed that early on a Friday...) or what the issue was, but who sends a pizza out when it looks like that? I can't imagine.
Ordered online for delivery and received the notification text that my food was out for delivery. A few minutes later, the store called to give me a heads up that, while my food had already left, it might take a little longer because the driver had two stops before mine. My food still showed up in a really reasonable amount of time, PLUS they sent a couple of coupons. The food was still hot, and done correctly.
I can't tell you the last time I've had customer service like this from a pizza place. We were so impressed. I would give more than five stars if I could

Your stomach will punish you for eating their food. How they pass health inspections beats me. They're closed down a lot more often than they should be, employees do nothing to make sure the place is clean. They had a trailer freezer in front of their store for well over a month. I'd be interested to see how much the owner makes vs. What goes into running the business...

Was not informed of the delivery charge which was outlandish. A $14.95 pizza ending up costing close to $30.00 and you have the audacity to to request a tip! Will never buy your products again. What a joke!
