I ordered a melt and some bacon cheese sticks and somehow all my toppings got removed from my melt. Thankfully Melissa was thoughtful enough to call and verify..cuz I definitely wanted all the toppings..great food and even better service

Had an amazing experience at the Washington Pizza Hut this past weekend. The manger on duty Melissa I believe was her name was not satisfied with the pizza that came out of the oven and instead of just giving it to me she explained the situation and personally remade it for me! Definitely went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I came during dinner rush, they were extremely busy. The lobby was full but the manager (maybe? Younger girl, very nice) Impressed me as she still gave every person excellent customer service and treated everyone as if she were happy we were there. My food came out in no time and they even remembered my extra sauces despite being absolutely slammed. They pay attention to customers and the finer details, which is rare in a busy fast food establishment.
