TERRIBLE SERVICE! We have faithfully ordered from pizza on main for quite some time. Typically we love their wings, Buffalo chicken pizza & gyro salad but tonight we switched it up. We called at 715 to place an order, the order arrived at 9pm, TO MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE & ice cold. To top it all off, when we called back to the store, the manager argued with us. Clearly she’s not the one heating up a pizza in the microwave that sat in a cold car for an hour and 45 minutes. NEVER AGAIN!...read full review
I placed an order 12/3/21 @ 7:34 PM and at 9:45 PM , still no order. I ordered online via Slice. They called the store and said it would be @ least another 30 minutes. Really, if I wanted to eat 3 hours after I ordered, I wouldn’t of bothered. If you don’t have the staff, then do not offer delivery. We order a lot from here but no more.
