Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

One of the worst fast food experiences we have ever had. There was a hair in our lemonade, only gave us one set of silverware for three meals, the gravy was awful, and there was a hair in my drink. when ordering, the employee was very confused and kept repeating every word. we didn’t even get our sauces! overall, we will not be returning.

This is nothing like the Popeyes I had six or seven years ago—total night and day. The chicken now is just… not good at all.

A horrible place to order food from all around. If you order Uber eats & they don’t have what you ordered they will just send you anything they see fit even if you have on your profile that you’re allergic to certain things. These people do not care , are rude & need taken over by new ownership. This is an ongoing issue with the poor quality food & poor customer service. My most recent order was chicken strips & they were PINK inside 😭 They constantly get attitudes with customers when they are in the wrong. This is the only local Popeyes & they need to do better. Nobody wants to stop eating from a place they typically enjoy at other locations just because this one sucks. But never again will they get my business or anyone else’s that I know because we all agree that this place needs revised & until then we’ll stick to KFC or literally anywhere else locally because they understand you can’t serve pink chicken.

The worst popeyes I've ever been to. It's about 45 min from me so we may only have it 1 MAYBE 2 times a year. We'll this time combined with the last 2 were enough from me. From the rudeness from staff. To being handed my food and having to wait an additional 5 minutes for my 2 drinks that were right at the windows. The employee told me to wait and turn his back and took 2 orders! Couldn't just hand me 2 drinks so my family could leave after a 7 hour road trip. Thats just one of multiple things along with rude language. Im completely done and will never be back. The food is so old and disgusting it had my wife and I actually wondering if we ever liked popeyes in the first place. Stay far away.

Food good but absolute horrible customer service. When they mess something up they upcharge you to fix it?? They really let me down this time. New people suck let’s bring back original workers

The owners and staff are outstanding. Very friendly, kind, and personable! 😊The food is so good and my favorite fried chicken and sides. Run very efficiently . One of our favorite places for fried chicken . Mashed potatoes! Yum!

I went through drive through and ordered a spicy chicken breast. When I got home I had some kind of wrap..I was going back but why waste the gas out and back. Go back= NO.

I just ordered one of the chicken wraps and the chicken is cold and not freshly hot or even warm at all!

My experience was annoying. Was so excited to try the new wraps. Repeated my order over the speaker 3 times, still screwed it up. Waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. The worker was not wearing gloves. The honey mustard wrap I ordered ( received two because they messed up the order.) completely DRENCHED in sauce. I’m talking paper soaked made a whole mess in the car. The guy didn’t really care about anything and was extremely rude.

I ordered a meal for my granddaughter at the drive through and it took forever and we never got our soda. I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and mayo, got on the road and no lettuce or tomato. I hate dell pickles and they were on my sandwich.

Loving that chicken from Popeyes ... ?
