Jessica provided exemplary service when we came in for the WAHS fundraiser. The restaurant was so busy, but she was great! So quick, efficient and we even had a moment to share stories about our rescue dogs ❤️

I have always had great service! I usually sit in the bar area so I may watch what sports are on the TVs. The wonderful young lady that usually waits on me... remembers what I like most.

Parking: Located at the bottom of the road that takes you up towards Sam's, by Huntington Bank.

When Uber Eats failed to deliver our order on Valentine’s Day, the manager on duty Kayla, stepped in and offered THE BEST customer service, she researched the problem and offered us a fair solution with no questions asked- THANK YOU Kayla for remedying the situation- the food was good too!

Stopped at the Red Robin in Washington, PA for an early dinner yesterday. They were busy. We were waited on quickly and our server was good. We ordered fish and chips, a banzai burger and cheeseburger. Our meals were delicious.....however, I walked past the kitchen going to the restroom and had I seen what I saw prior to ordering, I would have walked out. The kitchen was a real mess...stuff all over the floor and looked very messy and dirty. We were also charged $5.98 - $2.99 extra for fries on the banzai burger and fish meal, when they should have been included as a side. My bad...I should have caught that. Other than those 2 things, like I said, our meals were good.

Currently here. At the 1 hour mark. Took five mins to get our drink order. 15 to actually get them. Now we are waiting in a half empty restaurant. Only 3 of us, one ordered from kids menu.

Sat in the bar, and the service was not great. Had to ask for silverware, and napkins after my meal came out. Didn't get offered any napkins when my appetizer came out.
** Even with this I will be back..

One of the worst tasting dinners i have had yet. So to start, I ordered water with lemon. The lemon was fine but the water was very funky. Which would explain the horrible garlic parmasain broccoli i also had the misfortune of ordering. Im diabetic. In an effort to keep my carp count down, i ordered the bone in wings. From the online menu they looked to be naked (none breaded) wings. Just to make sure we asked the waitress if they were breaded and she said no. I asked her to make them crispy. What i got was a mush of frozen breaded wings microwaved just long enough to make them warm with a dash of Buffalo sauce. With the first bite i could tell they were microwaved and the last thing i wanted was them to nuke them more and make them taste worse. Anybody who knows anything about chicken, you keep it as far away from a microwave as you can. The waitress was nice and we still tipped very well. But we will not be returning.

The absolute worst meal we have ever had! We had the tavern burgers and they were not done! Still dripping! The garlic fries were so salty we couldn't eat them either! I have some concern about the pricing of the "premium" sides the burgers do come with bottomless sides but we ordered the premium! We were charged the full price of the premium not just an upcharge! There was no consideration for the side we didn't order but charged for the premium! Now maybe I just don't understand the pricing but ordinarily there is only a dollar or two upcharge and I think this is a"rip" so to make this even better we asked about Military Discount but told they don't do that! If I had known ahead of time that they turn their back on Military we would have turned our backs on them! If we hadn't stayed to "enjoy" this meal we wouldn't have had any issues!

Burger was dry and not very good for the money. Way more expensive than order places that I got better burgers at
