We felt very rushed during our visit. The server brought our check out at the same time as our entrées and told us we could basically pay and leave. After dropping off the food, we never saw her again—no check-in, no refills, nothing. While we were still eating, she walked past and said, “You’re good to go,” which made us feel like we were being pushed out rather than welcomed.
If the goal is to turn tables quickly or limit orders of the endless sides, that should be communicated upfront. As it was, the experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and not what we expect when dining out.

I planned on reviewing before I opened my food to eat.... Then I opened it and began my lunch....Sandwich was a 9 or 10/10. Stopped eating it because of dog hair in it . That is the ultimate turn off for me. Woman who waited on me when picking my food up was kind and helpful, though. Would've gotten a 10 , otherwise.

Listen you can’t ever go wrong with Red Robin. I’ve been countless times and the burgers are always great and you can eat as many fries as you would like. A tad pricey BUT you will not leave hungry! Like ever!

Our server, Dusty, was even nicer and made sure our drinks came out quickly and that our food was good, which it was amazing.

So I drove for about 45 minutes out of my way to go to Red Robin because we don't have Red Robin where I live and when I entered the establishment I expected to be greeted and taken to my seat but instead there was about five ladies around the booth where they greet / seat you.
They were laughing and talking and looking at their cell phones and texting. Meanwhile, I'm making eye contact with them the whole time and I'm standing front and center nowhere near the to-go order line. I'm the only person standing there and I literally stood there for about 4 minutes thinking to myself I'm about ready to turn around and leave.
Finally one of the girls said are you here for a to go order
I said no. I'm waiting to be seated. She says oh, I'm sorry and I'm thinking you must not be that. Sorry, considering that's your job and you're not doing it.
Mind you this is going on at 2:00 in the day and It's not that busy It's a Saturday.
So now I'm being seated and I've literally just sat down in my chair and here comes this lady and I thought it was my waitress and she's wanting me to donate to the disabled veterans or buy a gift card for Red Robin.
I don't have a problem at all with somebody asking me to donate to the disabled veterans because of if anyone deserves a donation it would be them.
However I did let her know that I had just donated at my place of employment and that I wasn't interested in a gift card.
And I'm thinking I literally just sat down I didn't have a good door greeting experience and then you come out of nowhere and basically smother me with trying to sell me something.
My waitress was fantastic she took care of my every need the entire experience.
I had one of their new burgers and the garlic fries the quality of the food was fantastic.
I just wish that the people at the front door would have been paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing and not giving me that initial impression of not being wanted because that's exactly what it felt like.
I felt like because I was a single person standing there that I wasn't worthy to be acknowledged.
This was my first time visiting this location which is in a beautiful city.
I really hope that the right person sees this review because simple things like this can really impact your business and word of mouth is everything.
When you see this post and you see the two star rating for service and atmosphere. It is definitely not to be reflected on my waitress. Like I stated she was great.
This is purely a reflection on not being seated accordingly and being bombarded by somebody trying to sell me something.
Call me old school but your associate should be greeting the customers when they enter the establishment.

Thomas and His Legendary Beard Deserve a Nobel Prize in Vibes
Pulled up to Red Robin for my 21st birthday fully expecting decent burgers and maybe a pity balloon, but then Thomas showed up. This man didn’t just serve, he performed. Killer attitude, elite vibes, and an absolutely epic beard that belongs in a museum or at least its own shampoo commercial. I swear his beard alone could deliver bottomless fries and emotional support.
He kept my drinks topped off, fries flowing like a greasy waterfall, and cracked jokes like we were long lost cousins. The food was deliciously greasy, but Thomas’s service? Clean, crisp, five-star perfection with a side of beard glory.
If Red Robin doesn’t promote this man, hang his beard in the Hall of Fame, and give him a burger named after him, they’re missing out big time. Ask for Thomas if you want your night upgraded from “just dinner” to “legendary life event.”
