Love this place EXCEPT that Victor who sits at the front door seems a bit fishy.
Everytime I exit he’s sitting there and he will scan my receipt and check my items. Behind me is usually an entire line. Funny thing is everyone behind me has been caucasian. I as a black woman do not appreciate him letting these 5-6 customers behind me go with nothing but a “have a nice day.” And this has not happened just once. No it has been MULTIPLE times that this has occurred. So Victor I hope you are satisfied because this has completely outraged me and my family as paying members of this establishment.

The young girl named Cheyenne F. that works in the hot food area is a wonderful employee! She was very busy and working 100% alone but her attitude and work ethic was not diminished one bit! She was still so friendly and polite and she was running around with urgency, something a lot of workers (old and young) lack these days. I tried to tip her but she refused saying she wasn’t allowed to accept it which made me very upset! She deserved it and then some. I wish I could find employees like this!! Never let this one go, Sam’s Club! And give her a raise or something extra. She represents your brand very well!

I recommend sams club, but NOT the online order and pick up. I have done this 4 times and the best and ONLY experience I had was the very first time. I raved about how convenient it was, fast and amazing! However, today I went during my 3-4pm pick up and of course forgot to order a couple of items and went through the store to get the items, checked out and then went to the club pick up at 3:30pm and they said oh it’s not ready ready items haven’t been picked yet so....you ca
