I've started coming to the Washington Sams for gas and curbside pickup. The gas station is away from the parking lot which greatly reduces the hectic driving of the parking space seekers. The curbside experience has also been very good. They have consistently been able to fill each item on my order.

The pharmacy department at this Sam's Club is great! Always helpful and friendly. Great that they offer many immunizations there too. Like the store remodel, with a more open feel.

The young girl named Cheyenne F. that works in the hot food area is a wonderful employee! She was very busy and working 100% alone but her attitude and work ethic was not diminished one bit! She was still so friendly and polite and she was running around with urgency, something a lot of workers (old and young) lack these days. I tried to tip her but she refused saying she wasn’t allowed to accept it which made me very upset! She deserved it and then some. I wish I could find employees like this!! Never let this one go, Sam’s Club! And give her a raise or something extra. She represents your brand very well!

Sams Club claims that they follow Covid 19 guidelines. I have been there on many occasions and there is always customers not wearing masks. When I ask why are they allowed to be shopping in the store I was told there is nothing they can do about it.

I recommend sams club, but NOT the online order and pick up. I have done this 4 times and the best and ONLY experience I had was the very first time. I raved about how convenient it was, fast and amazing! However, today I went during my 3-4pm pick up and of course forgot to order a couple of items and went through the store to get the items, checked out and then went to the club pick up at 3:30pm and they said oh it’s not ready ready items haven’t been picked yet so....you ca

The management and upper management needs to work on customer needs. this is the second time this summer I've found the floor to be out of member's mark 40 count water. I consider this product to be a main stay, (one you should never run out of). The first time floor personnel were able to retrieve water from stock, even helped me put some in my cart. Five stars for them. This time there were large areas of the floor empty. Generally there is at least a three bay section for this water, and at least two more at the end of rows. This time nothing. After walking around the club twice, not finding any floor workers. I found a manager, who informed me they expected some tomorrow. That they only get what corp. sends them. Standard response, That way the customer has no choice but to go on his merry way hoping that some other store will have what they want. Maybe tomorrow? Then again maybe I wouldn't have time to go to Sam's.
This Sam's recently remodeled the fresh meat and deli section coolers and now has a butcher counter where you can buy Prime beef steaks (Rib, NY, Filet and Top Sirloin) and real nice and thick pork rib chops. You can buy one or two just like a regular butcher shop. Prices are reasonable. Don't know why Sam's didn't advertise this new butcher counter, nor do they mention it on the Sam's website, they should as it's a very nice feature.

Good old sams club one of the giants of the food shopping competition in the states. Today was my second trip to this location and I'm never sure what to expect or think of Sam's club cause every trip is different. On walking in they said you don't need to show your card anymore so that's new and I'll the group at the door mentioned the app and how you can scan everything with your phone now. That's pretty crazy to me that you can skip checking out all together if you really wanted to or just wanna be old school. I came for the gf to get her contacts and that was a breeze and very fast. We walked around the store and I was shocked to see there was no one offering samples. I won't lie I'm a big fan of the samples here because they always have so many new products and it's fun sampling them so you don't buy something you hate. But I guess the days they do samples now are only on weekends in assuming. I'll continue to return here if need be when I'm in the area.
