The customer service at Starbucks has greatly gone down hill. I waited in line for 45 minutes to order a coffee yesterday, they somehow never came on to the speaker to take me order, so I drove up to the window as you would and they refused to take my order? I have been paying 7-10 dollars on one coffee for 10 years now at Starbucks and they can’t even take my order when they’re the ones that messed up? Then I go today to speak to a manager and see if they can do something for me since I am a loyal repetitive customer and they couldn’t do anything except give me a 4 dollar gift card. All I wanted was my order taken care of for my HUGE waste of time and SHIT start to my day. I will not be supporting Starbucks anymore after this and honestly see why everyone else stopped over the years. Disappointed and I have been in the service industry for 10 years. I’d never treat a guest like that after an issue.
Update: I went to the one in Target and they were so appalled at the way I was treated and the situation was handled that they gave me a complimentary drink and apologized on their behalf for acting so rude.
It’s a Starbucks. Great consistent coffee, indifferent service

It's a Starbucks inside a Giant Eagle. Nothing fancy, you know what you're getting.

It's Starbucks. but if you're from out of town and wondering "is this a good Starbucks?" Yes it is but it does tend to get very busy at peak times and especially on weekends. And the drive thru line will be very long. If you're in the area during those times, the one in Target may be a better bet. If youre driving on 70/79 and looking for somewhere to stop for coffee, try the one on Racetrack Road instead.

Rude customer service. My small drink wasn't filled to the top. I prefer other locations.

This was one of the worst experiences at a Starbucks that I’ve ever had. It started out ok, the young lady taking my order was nice. The girl making/passing off the drinks on the other hand, was definitely not friendly. Her disgust at being there was very evident. Now, the worst part were the actual drinks. I bought several drinks for our ride to the next destination, so we were on the road before we actually tasted the drink. The cafe mocha was just milk. No coffee in it. The peppermint mocha didn’t taste like peppermint it tasted like burnt chocolate. To say we were unhappy was an understatement. $30 and we threw the drinks away! My suggestion is to taste it if you order anything from there .
