The floor is absolutely filthy and the whole place smells like sour milk. Drive thru line was ridiculously long so I went inside. Inside the wait was also super long.

Bad coffee and high prices like every other

In the past I've always talked Starbucks up and this store in particular has always been great, but lately I don't know what these employees are doing. From opening up late and having an attitude after making cars sit in the Drive-Thru and not telling them, and not knowing how to stretch milk properly, maybe some proper training is appropriate. If I'm paying $7 for a cup of coffee, it should be perfect every time.

Coffee taste.

Seemingly “understaffed” though there were five workers I could see. I waited over 30 minutes for coffee cake. The woman taking orders had terrible customer service and was outright rude to everyone she interacted with as if doing her job was a burden. I’m sure a large company like Starbucks isn’t concerned, but just a terrible part of our roadtrip home.

This drive thru takes forever, you might as well order on the app, take a trip to Cancun, then come back and it’ll be ready by then. Ridiculous honestly!

This manager is truly awful. Had a shift lead literally work with a fever instead of working herself. I’ve also heard her talk badly about other employees who weren’t there to defend themselves. Never ever come here

This Starbucks is trash! This is the most disgusting Starbucks I've ever been to. No one cleans anything, and a couple of the employees are garbage as well. They hold no accountability, just blame others. I intentionally go to either the Starbucks in Target or Giant Eagle because of how disgusting this location is all around.

Drive thru. The new crunch oat milk latte is pretty good. Not too sweet. Just enough flavor for you to notice what it is. Very friendly staff.

We ordered Starbucks . We got it delivered to our home and we were missing TWO EGG CHEDDAR SANDWICHES!!!! I was starving to so I was excited but now I’m hangry.

I stop in the mornings. The girls working are always nice and cheerful. The problem is that my drink is never consistent. Sometimes it's on point, sometimes it's mediocre, and sometimes it's just not drinkable. I wouldn't think it would be difficult to make a drink the same consistently. I don't know if it's a worker error or equipment error?

What is the point of the drinks having toppings such as pumpkin spice and cinnamon if the employees at this location NEVER put them?????? I’m so frustrated. I specifically order the topping on my pumpkin cold brew on the cold foam through the drive thru because they NEVER PUT IT. She says “it already comes with it” I said well they never put it. I get my drink and drive away and guess what it’s not there. Same with my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. It’s supposed to have cinnamon shaken inside and also on top. I’m so sick of it.

Some of the friendliest staff among all the Starbucks I've been too. I never miss a chance to swing by for this one when I'm in town. Thank you for being awesome!

waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and the lady only gave me my drink not the food i ordered i said i got food too and she gave me someone else’s food she didn’t even look at the name she didn’t check my order before giving it to me NOTHING and she just walked away from the window so i had to spend more time parking and going inside no one addressed me and i had to find my own food behind the counter because it had been sitting there the whole time
