This Karen at the counter yelled at me so I yelled back and then she punched me so I punched back and now I have a lifetime ban but she doesn’t DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!😡

The floor is absolutely filthy and the whole place smells like sour milk. Drive thru line was ridiculously long so I went inside. Inside the wait was also super long.

Bad coffee and high prices like every other

In the past I've always talked Starbucks up and this store in particular has always been great, but lately I don't know what these employees are doing. From opening up late and having an attitude after making cars sit in the Drive-Thru and not telling them, and not knowing how to stretch milk properly, maybe some proper training is appropriate. If I'm paying $7 for a cup of coffee, it should be perfect every time.

Coffee taste.

Seemingly “understaffed” though there were five workers I could see. I waited over 30 minutes for coffee cake. The woman taking orders had terrible customer service and was outright rude to everyone she interacted with as if doing her job was a burden. I’m sure a large company like Starbucks isn’t concerned, but just a terrible part of our roadtrip home.

This drive thru takes forever, you might as well order on the app, take a trip to Cancun, then come back and it’ll be ready by then. Ridiculous honestly!

This manager is truly awful. Had a shift lead literally work with a fever instead of working herself. I’ve also heard her talk badly about other employees who weren’t there to defend themselves. Never ever come here

This Starbucks is trash! This is the most disgusting Starbucks I've ever been to. No one cleans anything, and a couple of the employees are garbage as well. They hold no accountability, just blame others. I intentionally go to either the Starbucks in Target or Giant Eagle because of how disgusting this location is all around.
