This is one the best Starbucks locations, everyone is very friendly and works hard to make sure the customer feels cared about. They remember your name and your order, highly recommend this location.

I’ve been a regular for a while now but I just wanted to highlight the baristas at this location, more specifically, Holly. She is always incredibly kind and from the very first interaction makes you feel like a friend. She recently recommended a slight (but game changing) alteration in my drink that I usually get and I went with it and she was 100% spot on and I won’t be changing it anytime soon because this slight change made all the difference! Anyway, I wanted to highlight her, again, because of how kind, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable she is about the products offered and her obviously wonderful work ethic. Her customer service skills are quite rare in today’s climate and I think she truly deserves to be recognized in some way by upper management.Hopefully management sees this and takes the time to appreciate her for all of her efforts and rewards her for work ethic, skills, and her smooth upselling abilities because she damn sure knows how to get the product right with her customers!Holly! From the unhinged customer that gets a caramel latte every single time and often at night (?) I truly want to thank you for just being a kind human and being great at what you do. Moving to Washington about 2-3ish years ago was difficult and being able to go to these big name companies and still finding people like you who’re genuine, down to earth, and cares about the customers experience EVERY TIME really makes a difference!Thank you,Emily ?

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There were 20 cars in the drive-through line, six people waiting inside, and every single person behind the counter was friendly, and attentive. Thanks for such a great experience!

I would say ZERO STARS unfortunately Google makes me leave something. Every time I go in I am DISGUSTED by the way the shift supervisor treat her staff. TRULY APPALLED! I think her name is Raurie? The tall blonde one? I feel like she wears a mask of a nice personality BUT I've heard how she talks down on her staff. When it's super busy, how stressed she is is palpable, and she completely shuts down and is unable to do her job. Plus, she clearly takes her own ineptitude out on her staff. I'm hoping the manager does something about this woman because it is SO unfair to those who are working hard to be treated like that! My Chestnut Praline Latte was delicious, though. :)

I am loyal customer to Starbucks. I have never had an issue with Starbucks. Until tonight! I am disappointed in the bartista she was rude. My drink was horrible. This drink is my go to drink so i know how it shohld taste. The coffee tasted burned and there was so much cinnamon that you were coughing as you were drinking it. All I wanted was a new coffee.

We waited in the drive thru line and when we finally got there the lady told us they were close despite it being business hours ( 8:05 am !!!) the cars in front of us got their orders and we got no explanation for why they were closed just a " have a nice day"

I placed my mobile order and was told it was done. My drink was there, however my sausage wrap was not. I waited for 10 minutes before asking someone. This employee said “oh I’m sorry, we are out of that.” When I asked for my money back they said “since it’s on the app, I have to call the company”….do better Starbucks!

I leave this place with a smile on my face every single day. Joe creates an impeccable atmosphere for his employees and guests. His customer service is exceptional. Raris customer service is also top tier!!!! Everyone in this building goes above and beyond to create an amazing experience for their guests and you truly feel it!Also, they’re timing is out of this world. I’ve been so many Starbucks over many years and these guys will have a line going through the parking lot and a line inside and I’m never waiting more then 5 minutes. I have to give credit where credit is due being in the service industry. Everything is consistent and fast with friendly and highly professional customer service. 100% die hard fan of this Starbucks and their employees!!!
