My husband was here less than 20 minutes ago. Today is December 11th 2025. My husband is already thousands of miles away from home. Not having a good time went through the drive through line. And if I hadn't been on the phone with him, I probably wouldn't believe it myself, but the disrespect that he received and the total talking down to like, he was a toddler was unbelievable. They treated him like he was garbage. I am sorry if you're working in this kind of industry you do not treat your customers this way. He was not being rude in any way. Whatsoever and I have the recording of the phone conversation. If somebody would like to listen to It in contrast Predict me along with the receipt and the order number I'd suggest not visiting this establishment. If you wanted to be treated like a human, because that's all he was trying to do. Was treat somebody working with common decency and got treated like garbage and return. He's worried that he had to wait for his food. So there might be spit in it now because of how disrespectful these people were towards him, But hey you got your $25 and treated a kind hearted man thats been working outside in horrible weather all day like trash cause you were having a bad day. Guess what we all do but we still have manners!

The woman manager and dude at the window with prexie hoody are the most incompetent people I've meet. No wonder they are stuck making less than 16 dollars an hour.
It's a shame people are that incompetent.
Ordered 2 boxes.1 lux and 1 basic. The manager just threw the burritos in the bag. Like how am I supposed to know which is which. Id never give this place a dime of my money again. What a complete joke!

The man in front of us ordered the churro twists for his young daughter and came up to complain about the smell and taste of them. I had also ordered 2 but was only given one and was waiting for the second one before we got in the car to eat on the road. I did smell them inside the restaurant and they smelled like old oil. About ten miles down the road I tasted them....awful!! Tasted like plastic or chemicals as the man in front of us stated. I was over 300 miles from home and tired so I wasnt going back, but I hope no more we're served bc that was the worst.

The manager working here at 1:30 PM on 11/13/25 was absolutely rude to customers. One person had an issue with their order being made incorrectly. The manager acted like she was inconvenienced in a big way by even having it brought to her attention. Another guy came in having issues with an app order and a free food reward that wasn’t being processed. He even showed her the reward in the app. She acted like he was trying to scam them out of a frickin’ taco. Other locations literally give out free taco coupons if your ordered is messed up in any way. This lady needs to work on her customer service. I ended up leaving because no one would take my order at the counter. I heard one girl on food prep say there was someone at the counter and the manager responded, “I don’t have time for that. What do they want??” I don’t know…maybe I wanted to place an order with a human because their kiosk didn’t work? Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

I ordered the $7 Supreme Luxe box at the drive thru on July 19th at approximately 2:00 pm. The food was cold, barely wrapped and tasted horrible. The stomach was uneasy afterwards. The taco had minimal beef and toppings. It was the single worst Taco Bell experience ever. I won't be back!
