There's no sugar coating it, and I have never referred to staff anywhere in any review as "trashy".I placed a mobile order, which took a bit longer than average to be ready. Then, when the app finally said it was ready, they just placed my drink on the pickup shelf and left my food in the back where they all proceeded to hang out and yell at each other about various things. They had a friend hanging out at the counter. At one point, they had a pile of snacks from the gas station just dumped out on the counter while they ignored my presence. Really bad look. The cashier wasn't manning the front and was in and out of the building. Check the cameras from around 7-7:30pm on March 2nd and see the hot mess for yourself. Order #912586.In addition to the repulsive and childish staff, the food was substandard. The tomatoes were old and tasted bad, and the sour cream was dumped into a two bite section of the burrito.Ya'll need to get rid of that whole crew and work on your hiring. Gross. I should've asked for a refund just based on their behavior while I was waiting. They clearly have no self-respect and, therefore, no respect or consideration for others.Side note: Staff at Dunkin across the street is great, so clearly ya'll are the problem. (I'm not from here)

The staff here is very nice and friendly! They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the menu and make sure that what I was getting was completely vegetarian. It made me feel very welcomed and well-catered. To the night staff, you deserve a raise!

Now don’t get me wrong i love me some taco bell.. but the service at this location is horrible. it says they are open till 2 am and we got there at 1:30am and we’re denied service. might add at it yelled at by an employee in a inappropriate manner simply because we asked why they were closing early? it said on the website they were still open. and plastered everywhere “open til 2am or later”. i’m sorry but if you’re working in this type of work you aren’t supposed to be rude to your customers. Most of the time we go here they are all in a crowd outside complaining that there’s customers. one time we were shoo’d away as we pulled up to the drive thru around 12am and they screamed they were closed, but shortly after our order was taken. something seriously needs done. employees getting paid for sitting around outside and being rude to customers. it’s shameful.

Taco Bell is the only fast food open after 11pm in our area, we visit before midnight. We order soft tacos without lettuce & burritos without sour cream, it's a 50/50 chance that we are given what we ordered. When we questioned our order last week we were asked to give them back the bag & felt interrogated.

I stopped through this Taco Bell on my way through town. The bathrooms were clean, since the local gas stations didn't have restrooms. The employees were informative about the items in which they had run out of and making sure if I needed assistance. The issue was the soft taco shells were stale and the portions must have been rations in case an apocalypse was coming soon. Didn't even taste like taco meat usually tastes at a taco bell. The nachos on the other hand were great. The chips were crisp and fresh but again tainted by that questionable meat. The cheese and sour cream looked unrealistic in a negative way. I never felt compelled to write a review on a TB but the staple food item shouldn't be the poorest presentation.Parking: Plenty of space.

Horrible experience! Im a door dash driver. Waited 30 mins for an order. Was told it was being prepared when I arrived and then kept getting brushed off as they kept taking orders from the drive thru. Employees were extremely disrespectful and didn’t even apologize for the wait and didn’t offer me a drink Carrier. Completely ignored me and walked away when I asked for one. My customer also ordered ice cream which was melting in the car. If you cant keep up on orders you shouldn’t be taking door dash orders. Very poor customer service!
