I was eating my dinner when I saw a waitress picked up a black napkin from the floor and she took it with her and placed it by the computer desk. I thought she was gonna throw it away to be washed but no she will probably wrap up knife and fork in there for next customer! Who knows whats going on in kitchen. Well whole place is dirty anyway

Noisy. Music blaring. Too many birthday people that the staff sings a pitiful song and claps. Interrupts your dinner terribly.

Placed a to-go on 11/30. TLDR, got the wrong order and after an hour when we finally got the right food, we were told we’d get a refund and a gift card for the troubles, and neither were received. Sat on hold for the entire hour, even been hung up on once. We used to frequent this location but something has clearly changed and I don’t think we will be back until management changes and things get significantly better. Food is fine, but being given the run-around and lied to really puts a bad taste in the mouth.

ordered a 8oz sirlon mediam well (slight pink) but came out medium. had the mangaer take it back to recook, took another 20 min and i can see why, it came out charbroiled. some in the kitchen needs cooking lessons

They sat us at a table in which a vent was blowing cold air directly on us. We asked to have the air diverted, shut off or move us they said they would, but they never did. So we asked for our food to be packed to go checked the food before we left and they didnt put the BBQ sauce in for my wife's pulled pork. When we got I cut my steak and it was rare and not medium so I had to cook it more. Terrible

Worst pulled pork sandwich ever dry and steak fries were over cooked , felt very rushed by the waitress wife and kid were done but I wasnt , waitress wouldnt shut up about gift cards and gave us the check while I was still eating g over all bad experience

had a party of 12,for a 5 year old birthday party, everything was great,they came out sang their happy birthday song,food was excellent, service for a Saturday night was great,food was hot,and the atmosphere is awesome

Easily one of the worst trips I’ve had to a Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a 16 oz Sirloin, medium rare with a salad and loaded fries. Instead was brought a 6 oz. Sirloin. Completely fine, just told the waitress i meant to order the 16 and they were very polite, took everything back to make from scratch. Then, I wait another 25 minutes for the new meal to come out. The manager brings the meal, sets the plates down and leaves before I get a chance to cut into it. Now the reason I always get medium rare here is because I’ve maybe only 5-6 times have ever had my steak cooked correctly here. So if I get medium rare, and it comes out medium that’s fine with me. But this steak came out Well Done. Could see it was cold and dry before I even cut into it. So I cut into it and of course way overcooked. I waited another 5 mins for my server to come back. Told her I no longer wanted my meal and to just take it back. (My experience at this store after sending a steak back is worse, I’ll never send a steak back to remake.) Then while my friend ate his meal, we sat for another 30 minutes or so. Not once did a manager come over and check on us or apologize for the meal or anything. I had to sit with the meal in front of me the rest of the night. I will never be back.
