My wife and I ordered 2 cheeseburgers around 5 pm Monday, April 3rd at “The Classic restaurant in The Eatery”at the Meadows. At $12.00 ($11.99) for “The Original cheeseberger”,we would have been better off eating at McDonalds, Wendy’s or Burger King on Race Track road…for much less money and better quality!! The Original cheeseberger we started to eat smelled and tasted like burnt and overused grease. Also, one of the cooks had a full grown beard and no beard net. To my wife and I who had dealings with food preparation in the past, this was totally unsanitary. We vowed to never eat there again.Dietary restrictions: Are they using Transfat free frying oils??

Great selection for food and even though lines were long the service was fast. Nice to see that there is a selection of places and that you can sit and watch horse racing.

So far the only 2 things I'm not disappointed with is the pizza at the Mercato and the fish poboy sandwich at The Classic. If you do order the fish poboy ask for lettuce and tomato otherwise it's boring. Stay away from the burgers because they appear to be precooked and warmed up and dry, expect cold stale buns. I'm very disappointed and really miss the restaurant buffet they used to have which was always good. Oh well at least there are decent restaurants nearby the casino.

First of all they got the order wrong, we ordered two things a burger and onion rings (received fries). The food is bar grade at best. Very overpriced. Disappointing limited menu. Recommend eating elsewhere before you arrive or after you leave this casino.

Food is premade and nuked, just awful. Staff were all helpful and conscientious.

We Love the Burger Place and Pizza Place. We especially Love Deluxe Hotdogs and Onion Rings or Steak n Cheese. Its Worth price for Burger, fries and Drink- its one Price for All. We got 10-Inch Bar Pizza to Go and was Very Good.

I was looking forward to some good Chinese food! I got sweet and sour chicken. Most of the chicken was hard. I had no sauce at all. For the price I paid I'm not happy at all. Chicken pieces was very dry also. Yuck.

I try to always see the best in places but the food has to be great. Here it's okay. Service was great though! Got the meatball parmesan which was decent as well as the slice of pepperoni pizza. Both were worth the price but don't go out of your way for the food. If you're already in the casino it's an alright option. Pizza was super greasy. Have to say though if you were looking for hangover food then this might be great. Cool that you can watch the races from the tables though.

Good selection of foods to pick from. Price was okay. Did receive a senior discount so that was nice.

2 stars given for the decor , chicken sandwich and better fries. Minus 3 for the cramped area waiting for food. People using the condiment bins as trash cans, yuk. The pizza and burgers were much better before the change, too thin and tasteless.

Food is fantastic, service is prompt, new decor and style are really nice. Definitely a great stop for food even if you've not planning on gambling. Burger combo was $13 (for reference). Chairs are comfortable, there's plenty of seating and tvs. Bonus points for being able to order from the bar.

By far some of the worst pizza I ever had. Just completely lifeless. It tastes so cheap its almost impressive. The only restaurant serving genuinely good food her is bistecca . I'm definitely impressed with the redesign in the food court however quality really needs to match image..
