I just had my bridal shower at President's Pub this past weekend. I will say first and foremost - Carrie made it happen. She was so easy to work with and made my vision come to life. Everything was excellent - venue (outdoor patio), food, drink and service. I would recommend this place 1000%. We have eaten here before, so this 5 star review is based both on the bridal shower and just as a patron. So, thank you Carrie and the President's Pub for making my shower one that I will not forget đ©·

I had filet with my family and although the wait was a bit long the food was excellent.
This was a great spot that we looked forward to stopping in during our work trips in the area. Staff were always courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was great, especially during summer when the patio was open. Food was delicious and good beer selections and other drinks.

My first draft beer was skunked so I changed to a different flavor and it was pretty good. We never received our appetizer but our salads came out pretty quick,, unfortunately the meal took over an hour after that to make it to our table. The food wasnât hot but was warm enough to eat and wasnât bad. I definitely wouldnât go back.

We always love to come here for dinner and when I found out they host events, we decided to have my son and daughter-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner here. From start to finish, Carrie took such care and attention to all the details. She made planning so easy! The food was extraordinary as usual. The room upstairs was the perfect venue. It was private and Carrie arranged everything for the food layout down to the table placement perfectly! You couldn't find a better place to hold your event!
To finish off the weekend of the wedding we decided to try their Sunday brunch and we were not disappointed. Excellent drink and food choices!! We really are so glad to have found The Presidents Pub!!
Dietary restrictions: The staff is very accommodating to gluten free requirements.

October 20, 2024 was at the Presidents Pub at 1:00. The hostess was in and out and worried about other things. Eventually got a table. Four different waitresses walked past us for a total of maybe 6 times. No one acknowledged us. Looked over the menu for a bit. Still no service. Decided to leave. Advised the hostess that it did not seem as if wait staff was available. She said "sorry" in a sarcastic fashion as we walked out. Bad service over all. Staff was not really concerned much.

Definitely probably the best place to eat in Washington, all the food was delicious and the space was very nice especially the outdoor seating area. Very good wings and fries, can't recommend enough.

The President's Pub in beautiful downtown Washington, Pennsylvania is a must visit. The atmosphere is very laid back. Nice selection of beers and cocktails. The food is very very good. Second time here. First visit was on Sunday for brunch. The booth at the top of the stairs is pretty cool. Pleasantly surprised with live music. I used a couple of vacation days from work to come up here to experience the dinner menu for my girlfriend's birthday. Very popular place with the locals. I asked if it was possible to get a Tomahawk for the 18th of July. This was roughly two weeks prior to my girlfriend"s birthday. The Chef tried, no such luck. My girlfriend had the last Delonico steak. She loved it very much. I had the Scottish Salmon. Love the Salmon and Tomato Basil Soup. Kudos to the Chef, Kitchen Staff and Servers. You guys make this pub a very special place. Our server Tom was great. The desserts were awesome. Thank you all.....we had a very enjoyable birthday dinner.

Food was amazing but that quickly gets overshadowed by bad service. Woman with pink/purple hair is bad for your business. As soon as she walked on the patio she was saying we all needed to sit together in the sun because there is no room for us, trying to blame owner for overbooking room. We kept telling her we had a reservation inside and we assumed it was double booked because she was saying there was no room for us, but she was not listening to understand; she already was going to be ârightâ no matter what. Ended up sitting outside anyway and they called us while out there about our reservation.
