It was a slow time and the host got snippy when we asked not to be in the bar (for a health concern), but our waitress was absolutely top-notch, so we will be happy to go back, especially since the entrees, appetizers, and deserts were very good. (I never give 5 stars unless it's my grandmother or mother's cooking.) Note, back in the day, people and celebrities used to come down to Little Washington for Italian food, so Union Grille keep up the good Italian.

What a great place! Been there forever but first time finding it. Very unassuming place bc it’s old school Italian, enter through a ‘basement’ entrance. Walk in and it is a vintage Italian restaurant feel. We got there at just after 11am on a Saturday and it was ALREADY half full, we sat at the bar. Bartender was wonderful! Knowledgeable about business history and answered all questions about food. We left saying that we’re going to go back again and again!

Absolutely love this restaurant. My family has been coming here for decades. Not a bad item on the menu! Love the stuffed peppers appetizer and their zucchini. Delicious pastas. You won't be sorry you gave this place a chance. Parking can be challenging

Went here for the very first time on Saturday. Hands down very very good. The other thing that I didn’t like was when ppl come in at least address the ppl with a hello we will be right with you. Not just walk by like it’s the worst day ever. Glad the food and our waitress was very good!! 😊 we will be back.

I moved here from Chicago a few years back and have been to many, many restaurants, but Union Grill is by far my favorite restaurant. It's mine and my fiance's go-to restaurant to celebrate occasions, or to just stop and grab dinner during the week. I recommend it to every single person! I always start off with the garlic knots, then salad with the Lemon Parmesan vinaigrette, then cheese raviolis (BEST raviolis I've ever had) then finish it with the almond torte for dessert. You won't be disappointed when you dine here.

Tried the Union Grill because of the high ratings and it didn't disappoint! For seafood lovers I highly recommend the Linguini Fantasy (shrimp, scallops, clams and mussels on linguini noodles with a red or white wine sauce). Also recommend the Greek Pasta with roast chicken, Greek olives, sun dried tomatoes, on a bed of pasta. Would absolutely come back!
