The service and beers are good but the food is bad. This place has a lot of potential but they need to step it up in the kitchen.
I ate here today after my girlfriend’s graduation. I personally have been to so many places to eat in my life but none other have stood out more than The Washington Brewery. The beer is 10/10. The server today gave 10/10 service. And above all the food was actually top tier. I have never had a steak wrap better than this is in my life and my family was so happy with the decision to go here for lunch. I will be stopping by here any chance I get when I’m around this location and I urge everybody else to also.
I was just here last night to meet up with with a small group. The drink selection is incredible and the food that everybody ordered was delicious and came out quick. This place is a hidden gem in Washington and if you haven't been here, you need to try it. All drink selections are made in the building (beer, wine and liquors). Staff was great and the owner even chatted with us and gave us some drink recommendations. GREAT PLACE!
I had the fried chicken thigh sandwich, my wife had the pepperoni and sausage pizza.
The chicken sandwich was average at best, it tasted like it had been fried in old grease. The fries weren’t seasoned at all.
My wife’s pizza was okay at best.
It’s seems like the have the brewing process down, but need to work on the food quality and consistency.
The service was nothing special, felt like if I just do the minimum I’ll get the standard 20%.
I’ve worked in the food industry and I expect more than let me get you drinks and drop your food. A little personality goes a long way.
Come for the beer, it's great!!!
But eat before or after - The food is not good.
Returned here tonight to propose after our 1st blind date 2-1/2 yes ago. Especially reuniting with Lenny who seated us that night. Lenny is awesome 👌
Ordered a wrap, club, and Cobb salad to go. Wrap ok, fries soggy. Salad lettuce was black, avocado slimy, bacon not cooked. Told me that there were no forks for my salad. Waited for 10 minutes to find one. Steer clear- maybe better for dine IN.
Service was great, waitress was nice. However, it was quite literally the worst food I have ever gotten out at a restaurant, and it was $50. The fried beans were overcooked to the point where they were hollow, and just filled with grease. The burger was flavorless. If you squeezed the fries, grease literally dripped out of them. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
This is by far the worst brewery I have ever been to in my life. The beer was warm, i asked the family next to me and they agreed it was luke warm. Staff is rude and nowhere to be found. Food is commercial grade at best. There’s no management to be found. Go somewhere else, total disappointment. This place is a complete joke, run.
Always a favorite place for my husband and I- the pretzel is our favorite by far!

I stopped in for a nosh with my wife and daughter. The place is huge! My server was very friendly and really cool. We started with Pulled Pork Nachos which were excellent. The beers we tryed were solid but I should have tried more. Found one I liked and stayed with it. Rookie mistake. Wife got House Salad with Shaved Ribeye which she enjoyed quite a bit. Daughter got a Turkey Club and I got a Rachel. Both very tasty. My one knock was my shoestring fries were limp but it certainly didn't detract from a very nice experience. Will definitely be back!
Good beer, good food, good service.
A group of us walked over after a workout class on Saturday at 6:30. There were a few tables taken outside, 2 taken tables inside and 2 people sitting at the bar. They said probably would be a long wait for food. We told them we could just do a few drinks and he said that it would probably still be long waits for drinks and recommended we go to Union Grill. I guess that was my first and last time going there.
Server told us they were running a little behind but didn’t mention it would be an hour before getting anything. Our appetizer came out with our food and we didn’t even get to enjoy the appetizer. First time there and most likely won’t be back.
Group of 3 on a wed. Arrived at 7:20p, recieved menus at 7:30, Menu looked great. However after being seated, we sat for 27 min without a waitress to greet us or ask for drinks. However watched the 2 ppl after us recieve their app b4 even being asked for drinks. Left at 7:58p still without being spoken to...
