It’s hard to say how much I love the Açaí Bowl. My beau and I have one about 3 times a week. The fruit is so fresh, delicious and cut with such precision it amazes me. Always get delivery so I have never been to the restaurant but great job on delivery always.

Loved the smoothies here! The food wasn’t bad either. I will definitely return. My only complaint is that the staff were a little slow, and since we were dining in they brought out our food to our table but gave me the wrong order and another table my order. Luckily me and the other person were able to figure it out and switch, but that was a small issue. Everyone was nice though and I really loved the smoothie!

After my purchase, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free smoothie for my next visit—a generous touch that truly stood out. Overall, I’m looking forward to returning and will definitely be recommending Tropical Smoothie to my coworkers in Washington

I redeemed a coupon for a free smoothie, but still had to pay $1 for an extra that I wanted... which is understandable. I didn't realize until I got home that their app automatically includes a tip. So instead of paying $1.06 for that add-in, I paid $1.22. I thought it was a tax error, but it wasn't. I paid a 13% tip on a free smoothie.

This was our first visit. Our daughter turned 13 today and chose Tropical Smoothie Cafe for lunch. We were greeted by welcoming smiles of the workers. They gave us time to look over the menu, asked if we had questions and were patient with our ordering. The smoothies were delicious and much bigger than we expected. The wraps and my salad were all fresh and tasted great. Upon leaving, we were asked how everything was? The interaction with the employees was probably the best we’ve had in a long time. We will most definitely be going back soon.
