I’ve now come here several times and it has always been fantastic. It’s clean the staff is friendly fast and relatable. Linda is my favorite server she has the best attitude and her service is so great. She has such a good energy and vibe and makes dining in the best experience. And Tom the cook goes above and beyond with alterations making sure everything is made exactly the way you like it and his food is incredible hand down the best grits I’ve ever had. As long as Linda and Tom are here we’ll be back!

No frills, open kitchen, good food with a value for the dollar. Only negative - my wife and I ate our breakfast at 10:30 a.m., expecting little noise due to the lack of guests (there was only one other couple), however it was made up for by one very loud male employee among a group of six all with nothing to do. The couple near us gave looks at the group of idle employees that should have quieted them with no avail. We ate and left quickly since there was no chance to enjoy it in peace.
We were leaving a concert in downtown Pittsburgh. It was late and we were starving. Waffle House to the rescue! This location is great! The cook was a rockstar making delicious food and handling multiple orders at the same time. Our server was very attentive and professional. Bathrooms were reasonably clean -- the whole experience was pleasant and we left full and relaxed.

My fellow people of color gone head and order your food for pickup ONLINE under a BASIC name … on my way back to Jersey I read the reviews and decided on pick up … who doesn’t want to sit and eat in Waffle House … my bf went in to pick up the food & the employees just pointed to the pick up area lol he smiled , picked our food up and said “thank you” with no response , very uncomfortable setting. Food was AMAZING under the name “Mike” ;)

Came in at around 10:15 pm Cook was friendly and amazing talked sports with me, Garrett was his name . My server Maddie was awesome and I was delightfully impressed with her personality. Hands down A++
