Three times in the past week I've waited over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. If they have a difficult order they do not have the car pull ahead and wait. They hold the entire line

Waited over 15 minutes while none of the employees acknowledged us. Watched the girl server put her hands in the fries as she was putting them in the bag. Eventually walked out without ordering food because I didn’t want to be there for an hour. Terrible attitudes and body language by every employee

Went for take everything was horrible girl behind counter had no clue no one was helping her food was half-assed wrapped got the bottom of the French fry bag basically all crumbs wait time was ridiculous probably will never go back to expensive for such a terrible experience

Only doing door dash, no service provided at the counter even though we waited 10 minutes. Not able to get any food. Turn off door dash if you can't serve customers who come in. Drive thru had over 10 cars and didn't move while we were there. Avoid this location!

I'm so far beyond irritated. Just got out of the hospital and can't go anywhere. Ordered a few times in the last couple days and their always forgetting something on my order. An today I will ordered a large combo with nuggets and fries, they forgot the fries. Then they make the kids meal and forget the fries. Then I order a baked potato with no chives and what's on it? Chives. Very aggravating whenever you cannot go and get the actual food yourself and you have to doordash it and the order is completely messed up and then you call them and ask them to refund your money with the items that you're missing because it's happened on numerous occasions and she tells me I have to go into the store to get my refund. What a joke!

This place is always hit or miss,sometimes things are quick,people are nice and there isn't any issues.others,employees are rude,food is slow and cold when they give it to you,and that's if they even give you all your food,I can't tell you how many times they've forgot to throw something in my bag and I've had to turn around to go back through the drive thru again just to get what I should have gotten in the first place

This is one of the most unorganized restaurants I've ever been in. Every order is screwed up and none of the employees have a clue what's going. This place is a trainwreck.

I got a #9 breakfast meal with a frosty vanilla coffee. The food was not hot. The coffee had no frosty in the bottom. The manager handed ne my food btw.

Waited in line 20 minutes to place an order with only two people ahead of us and many behind us. Placed our order and upon asking my husband his name for the order he had to spell it three times…his name is Dave..lol..Waited another 10 minutes for food only to have it wrong and not complete. Seems alot of workers are concentrated on drive through and fry guy on his phone could be of more assistance. Manager didn’t come to help at counter inside until the line got around 6 people deep after us. When I went back to ask for the remainder of our order they said they forgot to make it so waited for it to be prepared another 5 minutes. We ate in the dining room and left at 7:30. We noticed people were trying to get in the doors to the dining room, but it had been locked and a note put on the door that the dining room was closed with only drive-through available. Now We understand there’s often delay training new people, but the management seems to be the biggest problem here. Cannot consider this particular location Fast food, by any means. We’ll be going elsewhere.
