Three times in the past week I've waited over 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru line. If they have a difficult order they do not have the car pull ahead and wait. They hold the entire line
This place is always hit or miss,sometimes things are quick,people are nice and there isn't any issues.others,employees are rude,food is slow and cold when they give it to you,and that's if they even give you all your food,I can't tell you how many times they've forgot to throw something in my bag and I've had to turn around to go back through the drive thru again just to get what I should have gotten in the first place
The food was fresh and delicious but spent 40 mins in drive thru. Stopped on a road trip took a lot of time. I know everyone is short staffed and I try to be understanding of that so I have a 3 for that instead of less. ?
