Oh so love this place, so glad we ran across it. The food is so yummy we eat there two, three and sometimes more a week. I just love there food and the staff is so very kind and the store is always clean.

Unfortunately I wasn't actually able to get any food. However I was freezing cold and waiting for a ride and they let me get warm and charge my phone even though they were getting ready to close. Staff was very kind and thoughtful. We really need more people like them in this world.

I decided to try this place for the first time. I ordered a soup and salad combo with a buffalo chicken grilled cheese and a bowl of the loaded potato soup. The food was okay but customer service was terrible. The restaurant had made a mistake and made a whole instead of a half sandwich for the order, so instead of just offering the sandwich to me the manager (I assume) right in front of me as a customer said to just cut the half off and they they would just split it among the workers. This experience ensured that I won't be returning to Zoup in the future.

The owner of the chain is a bitter mean old woman who's only goal is to make money, not to provide good Food or service to clients. She's spiteful and angry! Never again!!

It's really pricey for soup, but I guess it's to be expected. The soup is good but doesn't blow your socks off, the macaroni was put in a microwave to warm up, was a little bummed to see that. The staff were super nice and helpful, though.

Ordered a chickpea salad, and there were small black pieces of plastic in the food. Otherwise, tasted good. But plastic pieces in food is a safety hazard that the store should take seriously!!

It is very good and very expensive. Regular soup, large soup, sandwich, and a half sandwich were almost $40. Soup starts at 8 bucks sandwich at 10. You can do a pick 2, which brings the perfect price down, but sandwiches aren't exactly overstuffed.
