Made an online order, walked in to pick it up and no one was there! Also, was not refunded the money after I canceled the order.
This Dunkin is a great example of good employees, bad company. Ive been here twice and both times the employees have been clearly overworked and by themselves, yet efficient and not outwardly stressed. The first time I met a young man with black hair who was very polite, the second time another young man with black hair, a bit of a beard, and a hat.
