I wasn’t in a hurry to post this horrible review as sometimes an immediate reaction can be overreacted, but after thinking it over I can honestly say that this was probably the worst food I have ever had.
We had such high hopes for this place, beautiful atmosphere both inside and out and service was friendly and prompt but unfortunately after that it is a failure. I wouldn’t be so critical if it was only 1 or 2 things bad, but to be honest the only 2 good things were the beans and cole slaw. Chicken was completely dried out. Brisket was so fatty it looked like uncooked bacon. Pulled pork was dry with lots of hard chewy pieces. The ribs were so-so. Baked potato was a weird color brown on the inside, it wasn’t hot enough to melt the butter. Corn on the cob had zero appeal, tasted water logged. The corn bread was cold like the entire meal.
The table next to us ordered a pizza that looked like an uncooked pizza from the freezer.
Dinner, 1 iced tea and 2 beers to wash the stuff down was $85
Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to the Wrangler BBQ

The BBQ was good and the service was awesome, I had ribs and the were very flavorful and pretty much fall off the bone with a good smoke ring and the creek is a very peaceful and pretty place it was nice to hangout there after we ordered. Overall a very positive experience.

The Lemon
Lily, our server, was spectacular. She got our order right! And once my fiance informed her of an onion allergy, she took all the steps needed to ensure that we wouldn't have anything with onion. She has a spectacular personality and was very pleasent. We are coming back again! Five Stars! Amazing food and staff.

The food is fantastic! The staff is nice. Although, the service is rather terrible. Extremely long wait times to be acknowledged as well as beverage. Not attentive whatsoever.

I’m gonna try and get straight to the point. After waiting a little over an hour and a half with my wife and three little kids ages 6,4 and 2 the waitress told me sorry your ticket was lost. I was extremely upset and stormed off with my family to leave. My wife was upset and did not know where we will eat because it was late. So we went back and we decided to stay in which I was apologized to numerous times and asked by the hostess. Was it worth the wait. Who I thought was delusional. Nothing is worth a two hour wait. It was now 8pm. Food was brought out in which I had lost my appetite. At that point, I did not want to hear I’m sorry. They did not offer anything to make up for the almost 2 hour wait. I definitely won’t be going back to spend my money. Not worth it.

BBQ is the best around, and we live 15 mins away. We enjoy both indoor and outdoor seating. The new renovations are great.

I haven't been there since last season but I plan to go real soon. The delicious shrimp appetizer is ridiculously large for the price and the rib specials have enough food for two. Thursday night car cruise makes it one step better. Don't miss it.

Taste the heat, not the meat.So this barbecue is all smoke, with just a splash of sauce. Sauce is vinegar forward with a buttery chaser.I left half a half rack on the plate without so much as a look from the waitress. I told her that the cornbread didn’t come out with my dinner and she told me that cornbread doesn’t come with it. I took another look at the menu and showed her that it did and she just said, well we stopped giving it. My girlfriend’s macaroni and cheese was little more than buttery noodles.$63.17 for two dinners, salad and tap waters, plus tip. At that price and what with us having left half of both of the dinners there, you’d’ve thought that maybe they could’ve thrown in a dessert for the road, but then again I guess the cornbread had already become too much for them.

Wrangler BBQ Pit "season" is my FAVORITE time of year!! Car shows every Thursday & the best BBQ'd flesh since Kundlas. And I don't give that compliment out lightly. And Amy makes AMAZING margaritas!!! Extensive, beautifully maintained grounds with multiple levels, each containing dining &/or lounging areas with impressive natural features like wooden bridges with delightfully babbling brooks &there's even a large stone doorway to... who knows? Lol A true community treasure :))
Parking: Very large gravel parking area by the restaurant. Car Show nights, when that fills, there are like 3 or 4 additional big fields to park in
