Last night was the first time we've ordered from Bertucci's. Now I'm wondering what took us so long (other than it's a little distance away). However, the gluten-free pizza crust was the best we've ever tasted & the baked chicken grantinati was also delicious. Add in the fact that we had received a $15 off $30 coupon in the mail made it even better. We look forward to going back.
Good food and a great staff...but this place lacks energy. Maybe it is the trendy decor from the 1990s that is looking dated. For the quality of food and service, the place should have been packed on a Friday.

I would like to thank the manager Paul and his team for the wonderful service they provide. They promptly rectified a food delivery mistake ,even though it was not their fault. They replaced our delayed pizza order with fresh warm pizza's and extra goodies like cake slice and bread rolls. . We will be ordering from wayne location again.
