We called the shop and left a message, it was corrected the same day and the flowers showed up looking gorgeous as ordered. Initially we were upset but the quickness in which the business owner corrected the mistake was appreciated. “Cold Stone Creamery is always good, this location in the King of Prussia Mall is no exception. They only get 4 stars because they didn’t have Butter Pecan ice cream. Probably because it’s a smaller store. You won’t be disappointed if you stop by, but if you like Butter Pecan like I do, you may be a little disappointed.“

“when I went here today my ice cream was like 3/4 gummy bears and like 1/4 ice cream I don’t really care I think it’s kinda funny but I’m a little sad I wish I could’ve had more ice cream and less gummy bears the cup was basically like actually full of gummy bears and I didn’t ask for extra but otherwise it still tasted really good and the customer service is pretty good they work as quick as they can but the customers are a little odd some days also there was random peice of like peanut in my ice cream when I didn’t order peanuts I also don’t really care but I could see how that would be a problem if I had an allergy“
