The sign is accurate, it's really the best ramen in Pennsylvania. My spicy vegan ramen had the perfect balance of noodle, broth, tofu, and veg. Having every bite be just as good as the last, and not running out of one element before you're done is bliss.
We found Hokata randomly as we were traveling home to VA and were delighted with the Ramen and the sushi rolls (yellowtail mango and salmon roll). Fresh and delicious!
