Dined in a few times for lunch and have done take-out with them many times, staff is always understanding and helpful with takeout orders and the food is generous and very well done.Vegetarian options: Vegetable broth ramen is excellent, great for cold days or when you may feel sick.
I ordered takeout: spicy vegan ramen with udon noodles and added tofu. The broth comes in a separate container from the noodles and veggies so it isn't a mushy mess by the time you get home- love that! I enjoyed it and will order again. I'm interested in their veggie gyoza, spring rolls and vegan sushi rolls but I'll need someone to share them with because the ramen portion was so big I couldn't finish it all. This is a rather difficult review for me to write, my ramen (tonkotsu black) was decent however the other 2 ramen orders in my group didn't like theirs and neither of them are "new" to ramen. The spicy tonkotsu had a low spice level and didn't have much going on flavor wise. The chicken wonton ramen was reviewed even worse, it was down right bland and had virtually no flavor even adding soy sauce and chili oil couldn't save the dish.
