Three of us ordered the $7 value meal. We were asked if we wanted a small blizzard instead of the ice cream sundae. We all said yes. After getting our food we realized that we were charged $2 more each for the Blizzard. This should have been told to us when asking if we wanted the Blizzard.
Generally, the food is excellent. Often, the kid staff are rude, uninterested in their job duties and certainly lack even the most basic customer service skills. Lately, they've been forgetting to add the requested sauces when ordering chicken tenders. It's a good restaurant often failed by the lazy and childish staff.
I would like to inform you of my experience last night at your establishment. I had my whole baseball team show up last night a little after 8pm everyone working there wanted to make us leave because they said the lobby was closed (online says open until 9pm) but your one employee Noah was willing to help this baseball team get some ice cream.
