The staff are always chill, funny, and kind. They’ve never screwed up my drinks at all and genuinely deserve a raise. Today the store manager was there and he was screaming at them while we were waiting for our drinks. It was extremely uncomfortable and I felt so bad for the employees. They deserve better and hope that guy gets replaced soon
I use to go here once or twice a week but after a few bad experiences I now drive 15 mins away to get DD and I don’t go as often. I had a bad experience with the cashier & the owner & will never go back.
This dunkin donuts has the rudiest employees. They treat you like you should be happy to let them allow you to spend your money there. Orders are wrong, you spend more time waiting for your order. Nine chances out of ten your order is missing something. If you want to get treated like crap Go there. They lost my business.
