I ordered a Medium Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard®Treat Made with chocolate ice cream
With extra brownie bits. We told them an up charge for the extra brownie was 100% cool. The amount of “add ins” was pathetic. Literally NO BROWNIE and just a mediocre amount of chocolate shavings. This has happened several times. We’re just not coming back. Pathetic. I was going to attach a photo but it doesn’t seem to allow that.
Awesome job on the Taylor Swift themed bday cake for my daughter!
went at 7:18pm ( store closes at 8pm and supposedly shuts the grill down at 7:30pm ) my grandmother hadn't eaten all day and just wanted a simple burger and they told her the grill was shut down for the night already and not to be picky about that but we always order the same thing 3 Peanut butter Bashes with Chocolate ice cream and we have had multiple issues from either then using vanilla instead or just not even making the whole thing right ( ex: supposed to have fudge and...read full review

Based on the reviews, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in Waynesboro, PA offers a great ice cream experience with a very quick drive-through line and friendly service. The Strawberry New York Cheesecake Blizzard is highly recommended, and the eggnog milkshake is also very good. The employees really hustle, with one outstanding young lady handling questions and waiting on customers. However, some reviews note that the Blizzards can be very short of ingredients, even when paying for extra servings, with nothing but vanilla ice cream in the bottom half of the product. One experience involved being charged $2 more each for a small Blizzard instead of the ice cream sundae with the $7 value meal without being told. The location appears to be run by high school kids, with management not far off, and on one occasion, three employees spent more than 7 minutes on their phones while two others worked.
